00:01I wanted to do a knowledge transfer, to spread this kind of knowledge that's deeper than AI.
00:06It's like how to use AI with different tools to make things more controllable, more crafted.
00:11And the first week was focused on the tools, how to use it in a different way,
00:15but also how to use it in order to respect the craft.
00:19The most valuable lesson, you can have control of what you are doing when you start generating with AI.
00:25Taking the time to make visualizations and the preproduction, when you know the art director or the client wants some
00:32specific change,
00:33it's easier for you to apply those changes.
00:35The second week was focused on the full pipeline of using AI, from scripts, creating the video, editing, sound, music,
00:45voiceover, and collaborating.
00:47The industry is shifting and the gap between creation and production is reducing.
00:51I think it's important they're going to have that in mind and be like, okay, now I can push a
00:54little bit more the execution.
00:56Now that we have like a deeper insight of how Vermeer works, we can do way more complex things.
01:03This has been like extremely helpful.
01:05Start to get accustomed to these tools and know how to tackle projects that will in the future need us
01:11to deliver like products of this quality.
01:13Everything that we do at Vermeer, it's always merging craft and technology.
01:18It's engineers plus creative people coming up with workflow and pipelines in a way to inner production and to do
01:25things that otherwise would not be possible.
01:27If you think about the vision in the future, this is the right path.
01:30And some agencies will regret not having developed their own food.
