00:00Anthropic just launched a model which is nearly as good as their flagship model Mythos,
00:04but is actually half the price cheaper to run. This is Claude Opus 5, and it nails every real
00:09world benchmark while performing equivalent to Fable 5 with half the cost. But forget benchmarks
00:14for a second. On real world testing, when you give Opus 5, Fable 5, and GPT 5.6 Sol a
00:21single task
00:22like build a fully functional 3D gun model from scratch, Opus 5 wrote the most code with almost
00:283,000 lines and shipped the best result. It built to real world scale. The M4 was exactly 84 centimeters.
00:35It used actual 3D geometry for the ribbing instead of faking it with a texture. And it even caught a
00:41classic 3JS lighting trap that every other model walked right into. But GPT 5.6 Sol completed the
00:48same task in under 8 minutes and spent $1.26, while Opus 5 took 25 minutes and spent $6.
00:55So, Sol is dramatically cheaper and faster for getting something done quickly, but Opus 5 is
01:02the one that actually engineers the solution instead of eyeballing it. Anthropic is clearly
01:06building this to be the model that developers trust for serious production work, and at half
01:11the price of Fable 5. Follow and comment Opus to get the link to the official document.
