In Rome, one young man's crusade against graffiti  Valerio Tuveri, known on Instagram and TikTok as “the guy who cleans Rome,” erases a huge stretch of graffiti on the wall of a historic park in the Italian capital with a high pressure sand blaster. "I decided to take this path, this 'battle' so to speak, against graffiti that goes against urban decorum, because Rome is, in my opinion, the most beautiful city in the world," says the 28-year-old.
