00:25reduce environmental impacts. North East Mayor Kim McGuinness says the clean-up must continue and
00:31those responsible should pay. The pellets have washed up along the coast following the collision
00:36between Windorca and Beejee Orange at the Port. Further recovery efforts are expected to continue
00:43as teams work.
