00:43One believes and one doesn't.
00:45I think the vast majority of people feel the same, we kind of feel the injustice of what
00:51you've had to go through, and we just are clear that it's our duty to be with you and
00:59support you.

01:06wouldn't want to leave any impression at all that there may be any change, because there
01:11isn't.
