Leeds murder investigation following discovery of woman’s body in Cottingley Towers

Police have made an arrest and launched a murder investigation following the discovery of a woman’s body in Leeds.

00:06the 24th of July. 52-year-old Colin Mann of Cottingley Towers, who self-defines as White

00:12British, was charged with the murder of 58-year-old Tracy Davenport. Mann was detained in police

00:19custody after being charged with the murder at the Cottingley Towers flat. Officers were

00:25called there at around 11.40pm on Friday the 24th of July after a 999 caller expressed concern for

00:33people inside. Tracy's family is continuing to be supported by specially trained officers

00:38and inquiries into the murder remain ongoing by the Homicide and Major Inquiry team.
