00:16dexter henry brian fonseca back with another edition of a new york got game hopefully everybody
00:21is doing well the offseason continues to roll along and late last week we were waiting for
00:26this news we didn't know when it was going to happen we were waiting quite some time for this
00:30lebron james announced where he would be that will be down the i-95 turnpike he will be playing for
00:37the philadelphia 76ers and this is a very interesting decision many of us wondered brian
00:43where he would go would it be miami would it be cleveland philly was always in the mix could have
00:49been golden state minnesota was out there too i thought it was coming down to miami and cleveland
00:53uh that was not the case he chose philadelphia and we're going to discuss how this impacts the
01:00knicks because i think there's a lot of talking there's been some interesting chatter i've seen
01:04from media outlets content creators um about this you know and i think what we want to try to discuss
01:12here on this episode is did lebron james's decision possibly the last decision of his career
01:20did that make the sixers the biggest threat to the knicks now there's a couple of ways i think we
01:26can attack this you know when we try to answer that overall question and the first one for me
01:34um is going to be that question right you know the first thing for me is going to be did
01:41this move
01:41brian change the balance of power in the eastern conference at all whatsoever i think you still had
01:46the knicks as a favorites i did before this move do you look at this move by lebron as changing
01:53the
01:53balance of power or are the defending champs still clearly the team to beat even before as you thought
02:00before this move so on an episode of my show which i just recorded with my guy sean rochester who's
02:08in philly um we did a tier system basically in our reaction to lebron joining the sixers where we put
02:18all the eastern conference teams into tiers there was a contender tier there was an if things break
02:23right tier there was a can maybe win a playoff series tier yada yada yada the contender tier and
02:31this is to be clear a contender to win the championship yes okay and feel free to go check
02:37out the episode if you like everybody um it's on my youtube channel we had one team on the contender
02:42tier and that was the new york knicks philly led the second tier which is the if things break right
02:51tier
02:52we're both kind of like you still have joelle and bead and that he's still like the ultimate wild card
03:00especially when it comes to postseason basketball for all the offensive talent um and my guy matt moore
03:06has said you know as a rim protector he actually grades out pretty well in space as we saw in
03:13the
03:13playoffs with our eyes it's an adventure as a rim protector different but also i wouldn't say that
03:21he's a very good defender anymore um outside you can't move the same way right outside of moments here
03:27and there yeah so so to me the knicks are still the favorites i think philly is a potentially big
03:33threat because their bench is better and lebron makes their roster make more sense in a lot of
03:38different ways wait are you saying their bench is better than the knicks bench no no better than
03:42better than it was before good fair point better than what philly had last year because we were
03:48saying they had no bench and now it's like you have lebaron phylon you have anferty simons you have
03:53dembona probably dean wade dean wade um you know justin edwards like so on and so forth
03:59so like the team makes sense but i i have questions about like i just need to see what this
04:04looks like
04:05like how is this going to gel maybe they start out nine and eight like the like the heatles did
04:10you know like i don't feel like this is a a true super team beyond like just the names and
04:16the star
04:16recognition on the team but there are a lot of guys like i like all five of these players in
04:22their
04:22starting five and bead lebron jalen brown tyrese maxi and vj edgecomb individually and you know i
04:28love maxi and edgecomb in particular but now i was kind of like hey this i'm looking forward to the
04:35maxi and edgecomb era and now it's like lebron and jalen brown with a chip on the shoulder and then
04:42you also have him bead here and there so i have no idea what this is going to look like
04:45so i i think
04:46they're clearly a threat like they're they have the talent to to win the conference but no one should
04:51be favored over the knicks right now as even though it's difficult to go back to back and we haven't
04:56seen it in a long time nobody should be favored over the knicks today even though they lost mr robertson
05:01so i agree with you and and i thought it was interesting the tears you put them in and i
05:06feel like
05:06they are the poster child the sixers are for the if things break right right because there's so many
05:12ifs with this with the sixers team where i feel like if you're a knicks fan you should still feel
05:17good about this team um being able to be the favorites right and potentially defending their
05:26crown or at least getting back to the finals i still think the knicks are the best team in the
05:29east
05:29i think they have the most complete team in the east i think the playoff experience the knicks have
05:34matters a ton now in terms of philly here's what i want to say i think and i know people
05:41are tired
05:41of me saying this but i'm gonna say it again this ain't 2k man and sometimes people get really
05:47enamored with just names being put together and we should pay attention to the c word i just used
05:53before chemistry that matters with the knicks the experience also matters for the knicks this
05:58philadelphia team does not have that yes their bench is better i think they are better than they were
06:04at the beginning of free agency for sure without question they are better than the team the knicks
06:09swept out of the playoffs now how much better i don't know now the big question i think you have
06:15to ask yourself with the sixers team as it relates to the knicks is this sixers team a team that
06:20is built
06:21to win four rounds of the playoffs in my opinion no and i don't trust it because i don't trust
06:28joe on bead
06:28to play a certain amount of games will he be ready and then here's the thing that i think some
06:32people
06:32want to dance around or not talk about is lebron james built to play four rounds of the playoffs
06:39to go through and win the way he used to he will be 42 this season we act as though
06:46this can still
06:47happen and just inserting him in here as a starter at the fourth spot is just going to be like
06:53okay
06:53well nobody else wants to talk about this the fall off comes soon the fall off eventually is going
07:01to happen and generally when these things happen not saying i know that it'll come soon but it can
07:06come soon and when these things happen they can come really quick now again how how's nick nurse
07:15and company managing lebron's minutes how does that work can this team get through four rounds
07:21managing minutes yeah i know can this team get through four rounds of the playoffs and then here's
07:26the other factor i want to add into why i do not believe the sixers are necessarily the biggest
07:31threat to the next can we talk about defense nobody likes to talk about that can we talk about defense
07:35so this is another concern i have this sixers team last year 16th in defensive rating so middle of the
07:42road in nba they were literally mid in terms of defense when it comes to the nba you now lost
07:50what
07:51i'm not saying you shouldn't have made this move but you probably lost which was the best defender
07:56on the team of paul george still at the age of 36 did the sixers team get better defensively i
08:02would
08:02say no they're not better defensively their backcourt is not strong defensively they do not have to me
08:10a player on this team that is probably going to be an all nba defender the knicks could say they
08:15probably
08:15have two even after losing mitchell robinson you say og and lb mikhail bridges if he plays the
08:21potential can be that jill and brown possibly he's not the one for me it's actually it's actually
08:29edgecomb um but do you see do you see that happening this year that's the thing like do i see
08:36it happening
08:36in year two i don't think so like and he might be the dude that takes the toughest assignment
08:43because now he see i don't personally just as a basketball consumer i don't like this trade for
08:49vj i know they're gonna win games or his development things like that right i i wanted the ball in
08:55his
08:55hands more and now he's the fifth option now it'll be third when lebron and joel and b sit games

09:03fourth because i don't know how many lebron's gonna sit and defensively he's the one that you're
09:10banking on having the most upside out of everybody there because i mean we kind of know what everybody
09:15else is on this team at this point um defensively i have concerns i think uh the adem bona dean
09:22wade minutes are going to be very important defensively whenever they play because those
09:27are two of your better defenders and they come off the bench um one of them will start i assume
09:32when
09:32mb is not there and they they actually are going to have some interesting small ball lineups when
09:36mb is not there and when it's like a little bit of small ball five right and so could lebron
09:42offensively at the very least so like that's probably like it wouldn't surprise me if their
09:46best lineup is going to be without mb in the regular season and regular season just because of
09:53what you can have in terms of potency and maybe defensive balance when he's not there i've even i even
10:00asked somebody yesterday i'm like are you at the stage where you would consider bringing joel
10:04and mead off the bench just to make the staggering and the defense make a little bit more sense and
10:10having him just get like 24 minutes a game drop 20 and 6 and then come out but i don't
10:16think we're
10:16at that stage yet if he falls if he falls off a cliff then that's something that i think will
10:22be
10:22talked about but it's weird it's like we've seen teams like this before uh to some extent where
10:27they have all this name recognition but there's like there's like aging there that you're concerned
10:31about um it's not the case with maxi and jalen brown or vj edgecomb but i still i still feel

10:39you're relying a little bit too much on the two old guys on the team yep and i've seen i
10:44just saw
10:44lebron last year be the best player in the playoff series i did see that against houston i saw that
10:49but that that should be talked about with a caveat that was a good matchup for the lakers
10:54against a struggling offensive houston rockets team and but what i was gonna say is he's i don't think
11:01he's gonna do that if he has to do that four times then that's a problem that's a problem i
11:05don't think he's gonna yeah i don't think i don't think that's it like they're not the team if i
11:10if
11:10i'm the knicks personally they're not the team that i'm the most worried about i i i agree i'm not
11:19overlooking them to be clear i think i think the east i think the east is loaded and i think

11:23could be concerned about 10 teams in the east not even a high but they wouldn't be the highest team
11:27of your list that you're most concerned about i i would be i think they have a lot of variants
11:31though like the there's a ceiling where this can be awesome i just the the steps it would take to
11:35get there and health it's just it's it feels like a lot i think you're banking on a lot here

11:42with you i necessarily wouldn't do that um you kind of went where i wanted to go it's like are
11:48they the
11:48are they the knicks most dangerous opponent and we both think no um because i think age i just think
11:54close though close i would i think indiana could be more dangerous yes than the sixers that might
12:01be the one for me i that i think that might be the next most dangerous i think cleveland is
12:05still more
12:06dangerous than the sixers for me detroit for me also i just trust those teams and where they are in
12:12their age their playoff experience someone like cleveland's been to conference finals the pacers have
12:18been to a finals i think that matters more and those teams have been together longer i think we
12:24gloss not we but i think there's a glossing over sometimes is that you can just put guys together
12:30and if they haven't had the experience and not talk about the health and just be like because you got
12:33names again you're not playing 2k with injuries off and no fatigue this this isn't that and so when i
12:41look at that there's a lot of question marks and i think a lot of things hey we don't want
12:45to talk
12:45about the fact that lebron james is going to be 42 years old this season like i think that so
12:55indy is up there i i'm not ranking them i'm just naming them for now although indy like i don't
13:03want
13:03to over over like overexcite myself about like the old tyrese halliburton is coming back and he'll be
13:10awesome right away because it is an achilles at the end of the day but if he's just really good
13:15again like 85 of what he was the team just makes a lot of sense and you added zubats now
13:20who i think
13:20is i don't know if much better is unfair but better than miles turner upgrade over monster like
13:26considerably right detroit who adds in john collins for tobias harris essentially makes more sense
13:33they add isaiah joe who's a really good shooter they have to figure out jalen duran we'll see if they
13:38get somebody else i still think that they're going to trade for somebody at some point um but
13:43there we know we know what they can do and they isaiah stewart who they lost is like kind of
13:48like
13:48whatever he was unplayable at the end anyway like they're going to be good again i don't know if
13:53they'll be the one seat again i don't know if they care to be the one seat again but they'll
13:56be good
13:56again cleveland you mentioned toronto if they get kawai um it's a if we'll see what happens there it's a
14:02big if and if he can play that could be good they'll be really good defensively i trust them
14:07defensively more than i do the sixers offensively they're better than we're last year but i don't
14:13know if they're elite enough but i'll say that i feel similarly about miami who um there are shot
14:20creation questions there but the shooting quietly might be better there than maybe for example i i'm
14:30going to say this right now you like miami more than i do the sixers organizationally yes
14:36organizationally just there's more that's been there together and i think there's actually i
14:41think shootings even though i had questions about miami shooting i don't love it i think it's better
14:45than the sixers right now and so i'm i trust them a little bit more than i do the six
14:51now i think philly
14:52for now for now today has a higher ceiling than yeah i don't i wouldn't disagree with that
14:58if it all comes together there's this big i trust the floor of miami more than philly because that's
15:04fair what that organization does with stars and yannis and bam and i think that's fair yeah let me ask
15:10you this who do you think has the better starting five right now the knicks or the sixers it's still
15:17the knicks right now i agree because because i care about the chemistry i need i need to see the
15:22chemistry from philly like i need to see it and i feel like with mb who hasn't played 40 games
15:27in
15:28a regular season in about four years at this point like how could i actually say philadelphia
15:34if mb is going to be there half the time lebron is 22 games last year i think if i'm
15:40not mistaken
15:42so like theoretically the theory the better theoretical starting five like the better
15:472k starting five will probably be the one in philadelphia but in real life where chemistry matters
15:52and i just saw this team win a championship i'm i'm not taking an easter conference starting five
15:57today over the next one yeah i'm not they they have the cohesive they have chemistry they know how
16:02to win in a variety of ways we've already seen from the knicks so for me it's not it's not
16:07even close
16:09um i think a lot of i think a lot of people are going to say brunson best player on
16:14the floor
16:15fine talk completely fine with that this is a man who just recently came off winning a finals mvp
16:20i've seen him produce big time in the playoffs i've seen him be able to play off of cat as
16:25the hub of
16:25the offense see identity is another thing that matters the teams we mentioned above them they
16:30know who they are the knicks damn well know who they are we have no idea who the sixers are
16:36we have
16:37an idea of what we think they can be we have an idea what you think they're starting five can
16:41be
16:41if healthy if the knicks i've seen this team do it i've seen this team go through deep playoff runs
16:48i've seen them get to the top of the mounting literally at the top of the mountain and i'm sorry
16:51i just think honestly you go position through position i trust the knicks to win the majority
16:57of these matchups if if the starting five versus starting five i trust the knicks to win the majority
17:02of these matchups here and i've seen them do it in the playoffs against this team that yes now
17:07they added jalen brown yes they're adding lebron but i mean like even lebron og og and ob versus
17:15lebron who you taking in a matchup i'm taking og guys today yeah today i'm taking og even though
17:22lebron averaged like 21 7 and 6 um and like offensively yes i would probably take lebron
17:30from from an offensive standpoint just overall but like as a two-way player correct if you're if
17:36you're encompassing everything that goes into basketball right now no i like it's it's og today
17:42i just also like better what the knicks can throw at them defensively most of the time even with this
17:48team i we saw we saw mikhail bridges put tyrese maxi in the torture chamber in the second round now
17:55maxi will have a little bit better offensive weapons hopefully around him to play with this time
17:59but the fact that the knicks boast two elite defensive wings in og and ob and mikhail bridges
18:06and we know josh hart when he can play the level of defense that he can is good i the
18:11knicks just
18:12to me a better a better two-way team and the bench the bench the bench the bench i want
18:17to get it's
18:18not it's not mitchell robinson anymore but the bench is tested and you're still good and i know you
18:23have andre drummond which you know you i you did the sixes fans know from last year you did a
18:29drummond
18:29for a 40 trade essentially between the two teams which i i don't know is that a wash is drummond
18:36right i don't know i don't know what that is like i just i don't know what that is but
18:40is that the
18:41area brian because i'm glad you brought up the bench right philly's got the star power
18:45um in terms of name just want to be very clear but i think the knicks do possess advantages in
18:53multiple areas some of which i just mentioned and one that you just mentioned in the in the bench
18:59um you know i think the reserve depth i think having defined roles i think knowing who's dependable
19:06i think that stuff matters do you look at the bench as the area where the knicks can exploit the
19:13sixers the most probably because again with philly the the entire thing the whole thing is theoretical
19:22like the whole thing it's just like yo their ceiling is and i don't know if you saw the odds
19:27they're bet up to like now the favorites in the east are like this it's knicks barely barely ahead of
19:32the sixers it was like plus 330 plus 350 because because the casuals do the the thing of like oh
19:38they
19:38got lebron bet him and it's like now i agree not do that and i don't think you should be
19:43that
19:43close than if i'm being completely honest i don't think it should be that close i don't know philly
19:47should be second i don't know that i agree with you i don't think so but sorry i don't want

19:52hijack your answer because you were talking about the no but the the point of it philly's bench is
19:55better but i guess here's better than it was before right not better than the knicks but i still need
20:02to see it right like the whole thing with them is like if can be and we've done this with

20:08organization a bunch now this is more talent than they've had but the major question here is how is
20:14this all going to gel because as we've seen the chemistry matters like we've seen kevin durant
20:19devin booker and bradley beal absolutely flame out despite having a ton of star power on the team
20:26you know let's remember what bradley beal was at the time we saw it with yannis and dame even though
20:30it wasn't their fault and the rest of the team was kind of ass comparatively but like we've seen
20:35we've seen these things before like i watched the 04 lakers i watched the 2012 lakers or whichever
20:41lakers team that was with steve nash and dwight howard and colby and powell and yeah yeah mike
20:46brown's laker team um like we've seen these things before and here locally we saw the nets now there
20:56were other reasons for that but kevin durant kairi irving james harden these things tend to follow
21:00kevin durant around apparently kevin durant last year even with houston i don't know i don't know if i'd call
21:05that a super team so i don't know i just think that with with the way this goes with these
21:10guys
21:10like i the knicks are proven to me and with philly it's like their ceiling is very high potentially but
21:17i i'm banking on a lot that i don't know if it makes total sense yet whereas if i have
21:24indiana
21:25i'm putting tyrese halliburton right back where he was two years ago and maybe it's it's just the same if
21:32not better with detroit it's like i know this is a young team that now is going to make a
21:38little bit
21:38more sense this season maybe it gets better like just small tweaks and then with miami it's like i
21:43know what they do in terms of building around stars they've wanted janice for a long time janice and bam
21:48like it may seem clunky to people offensively but they have their exposure they'll probably figure it
21:54out and then i'm looking up and down the line at like other potential challengers cleveland
21:58is going to mostly run it back and they were a team that was very good last year and maybe
22:03they're
22:03better this year uh like and they just got mario asonia which is funny but he's been killing it in
22:09spain what's a nick yes he was the spanish liga and dessa acb mvp last year you know what i
22:17mean like
22:17maybe that's something i don't know but like these teams just all make a lot of sense today
22:23toronto atlanta charlotte orlando like the knicks obviously boston even without uh without without
22:33jalen brown yeah like all these teams make sense philly it might but they have the most variants
22:39it feels like which tends to be the case with this organization yeah it does and like for me i
22:44think
22:45you know and i have one more thing before we wrap up because for me the bench going to i
22:50just think
22:50the knicks bench is also proven with guys like a landry shamit um that played big time minutes i
22:56know deuce mcbride did not uh play well in the finals but he cooked against philly we saw that last
23:03year um jose alvarado the knicks bench again is to your point is tried and proven and they've got
23:09guys with winning pedigrees there i do like some of the moves that the sixers made for their bench
23:15i do like picking up anthony simmons they i love that one i love it will get contavious caldwell pope
23:20um in a buyout from the grizzlies he was not he'll sign what he's expected to sign with them
23:24yeah so they're trying to get some i see what they're trying to do by long could be good
23:29right dean wade is dean wade is a good defense like a real good defender a dembona you and i

23:35well right but my thing is we that all that has to come together and sometimes we've seen this with
23:41these teams where it takes a year and again your front court the your four and your five
23:46you have an aging superstar who we have no idea if and when the cliff is right around the corner
23:52for
23:52him and a center a big man who can't stay on the floor and the last time we saw him
23:58was getting
23:58cooked by jalen brunson and picking rolls and mitchell robinson had an iconic poster dunk over
24:03him so i i think all these things matter i think the bench matters a lot i think the nick
24:08still the edge
24:09there i like the nick starting five better so i guess this all comes down to this because we asked
24:14a
24:14question right of this episode which is did lebron james make the 76ers the next biggest threat
24:21and you and i do not seem to feel that way but if we're going to give a final verdict
24:25on this brian
24:27if the nixon sixers play a playoff series today who wins who you taking in how many games and what
24:36do
24:36you think is the single deciding matchup that would determine this series i would say nixon
24:44nixon six which last last time i said that it was nixon five um so take that for what it's
24:53worth
24:54i i just think that i just think that there's there's too much they can do offensively
25:00to this front court defensively and to uh the backcourt which you know it's not
25:08it's not mookie blaylock and tony allen back there you know what i mean like look at you with
25:13the throwback lockdown backcourt reference even though they've never played together i've ever
25:17played together but just a good defensive point guard another good defensive two guard yes yeah yeah
25:21like it's just not it's just not what it is so i mean is cat gonna have every pick and
25:29pop
25:29opportunity he wants who's gonna stop og when he's cutting what's gonna happen when jalen brunson
25:36gets a switch on anybody other than vj edgecomb potentially and even him like i just think you
25:44have way too many answers and i think talent wise i'll give philly a game two at most um i
25:53would say
25:53probably say two like one of them the talent just is just really like it comes together and then the
25:58other game you know you have the knicks just mess around game which it stopped happening for a while
26:04and then happened again although there were circumstances for that during the nba finals do
26:09you do you think there's anything between october and april the regular season that would change the
26:17answer for you that you just gave injuries is the number one thing right and that could be either way
26:23right yes because for philly it's like obvious and then for the knicks you know i've said it
26:29already but four straight deep playoff runs it's hard to sustain and continue to be healthy like part
26:38of why you absolutely had to win the title last year is because the stars align not in terms of
26:42not
26:43just in terms of your play but also your health you had to win it last year because you just
26:47don't
26:47know when that opportunity is going to present present itself um so i think other than injuries
26:52though it would really be just like if philly gets off to a fast regular season start um and i
26:59tend to
26:59not overweight the regular season especially early but that that that'll show me like okay maybe the
27:04chemistry is actually there um but mb is like the ultimate swing piece like he's again one of the most
27:10important players in the nba this year he is good enough to determine like a lot of this whether he
27:17plays or not consistently and we have not seen him crack 40 games in any of the last three seasons
27:23in
27:23the regular season uh it's like we just haven't seen it like he misses literally half the year if not
27:28more each of the last three years and he will be 33 i think this coming correct that's correct which
27:36for
27:36him might as well be 40 because of what his body has been put through and missed the game last
27:43year
27:43in that series against the knicks it was never the same after that it wasn't the same after that
27:48and was complete barbecue chicken for jalen brunson anytime you saw him he hasn't been to conference
27:53finals has been to conference finals and you could argue sixes fans that won't want to hear this you
27:59could argue he's worst contract in the league because of his lack of availability now you could
28:04talk about the talent but i think it's very clear he's not what he was defensively he can still give
28:09view things offensively if he can play we've seen that in spurts but can you do that in the playoffs
28:14when you have to play every other night that's it that's the big thing for me here so with all
28:19that
28:19being said if the knicks were to play the sixers in a playoff series today right now so i gotta
28:27go
28:27with the mantra you know what the mantra everybody's been saying all summer nixon five nixon five i have
28:32to go with that i can't say otherwise with that look i just for all the reasons we mentioned i
28:37will not
28:37belabor them i just think that the single for me the single deciding matchup if you want to say it
28:42in this is experience chemistry and i think the next of the best player on the court is jalen brunson
28:48that i'm going to trust and they just have better two-way players up and down the roster so i'm
28:54going
28:54with the knicks now yes i'm with you brian the thing that could change this between october and april
28:59is health on either side are the sixers healthier than maybe i would expect them to be the knicks than
29:05not
29:05as healthy sure that could change things do i think because i also don't know how the sixers are
29:11going to manage things i kind of know how mike brown is going to manage things with health and
29:17how he's going to manage guys and manage the roster and experience experiment with different things i
29:22think we do know that he even has more of a luxury to do that than the sixers do the
29:26sixers got to figure
29:27this out they got to get this thing right before the playoffs like the knicks were trying to do last
29:32year but the knicks still had that ingrained time together with some of those guys that was year
29:37two of that current core this is now year three of the knicks for this basic iteration of this team
29:42and they know who they are just don't know who they are i'm always going to take the team that
29:46knows
29:46who they are that has a championship experience and this is the dope thing for knicks fans you can sit
29:52and say my team has got the championship experience and no that team doesn't the knicks used to be that
30:00team where you had the worst contract in the league where you were trying to add the aging superstar
30:06and have the ghost of the past come for this guy you the knicks fans used to experience that that's
30:11for philly now next don't have to worry about that here they have the team that's in their prime
30:16that's got the title experience that knows their identity we spent last year asking what the knicks
30:24identity was that's what they got to do down i-95 in the city of brotherly love the knicks don't
30:31have
30:31to do that they don't have to live in that world anymore as our good friend jeff johnson would say
30:36they don't have to think about those things anymore right and and i think that that is just better so
30:43i think sounds like we're answering this question did lebron james make the 76ers the biggest threat to
30:48the knicks i think he made them better i think the sixers are better are they the biggest threat
30:53to the knicks nah not my opinion man i don't think so now can that change they can they can

31:01was gonna say can that change sure today sure a lot can change between now and april of course and
31:06injuries are a factor chemistry is a factor on that side i respect the talent what they're trying to do

32:55have been talking about like i still trust i i think their ceiling could be second or even best in
33:00the east potentially if things really all work out perfectly but i trust the floor of some of the
33:06other teams we mentioned uh much obviously the knicks and then like detroit's indies and miami's
33:12and boston's potentially even because boston i don't know if i trust them in the playoffs but regular
33:17season if tatum is healthy and can play all the way through like they also have a structure there where
33:22it's like okay missoula you have mitchell robinson to me as kata one of them for 48 minutes
33:27all the time derrick hawaii payton pritch like there are just other things that you you you can
33:32trust so philly's gonna have to make believers out of a lot of different people yeah i agree and
33:37listen i think knicks fans you know there's gonna be a lot of talk and i know knicks fans are
33:42gonna
33:42bring up the knicks for clicks industrial complex and things they hear in the national media and and
33:47you'll hear it around lebron you gotta understand it's always gonna be a big conversation around lebron
33:51and some knicks fans are gonna feel like it's disrespect and you can feel that way and i don't think
33:56that's wrong to feel that way and i think the knicks will hear that chatter too if people ever
34:01eventually put if they ever get to the point where they're putting the philly as favorites over them
34:05or the knicks feel disrespected and um what i'll say to that is i'm sure the knicks will use that

34:10motivation but uh i still think the knicks are the best team in the east i think if they play
