00:00Tony Romo was seen smirking in his mugshot after he was reportedly arrested for DUI in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin.
00:07The CBS Sports analyst was stopped on the road around 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 23rd,
00:12and he failed to pass a standard field sobriety test, according to the arrest detention report obtained by The Post.
00:18The former Dallas Cowboys quarterback was taken into custody for OWI, or operating while intoxicated.
00:25It's not yet known what type of vehicle he was driving.
00:27Per the report, Romo was given a court date of September 21st.
00:31The incident occurred close to Burlington, Wisconsin, where Romo grew up and graduated from Burlington High School.
00:37He was the first student athlete at the school to be named All-State in three sports, football, basketball, and
00:42golf.
00:43The Burlington area school district later named a field after Romo in February 2020.
00:48Romo was seemingly back in the area for the Wisconsin State Amateur, where he finished 35 over at the tournament,
