01:08And as he crossed the boundary line, Simeone pat him on the back of the head, seemingly out of respect.
01:14Despite having a one-man advantage for the remaining minutes, Atletico couldn't find the winning goal.
01:19There just simply wasn't enough time.
01:21The game went to penalties and Real Madrid won the Super Cup.
01:25Diego Simeone was later questioned by the media about this moment,
01:29to which he said it was the most important play of the game.
