00:00Yes, it's good that there's one of the biggest IPOs about to happen within the
00:07continent, but for me is the participation of both Africans and people
00:16outside of Africa into this story that the Nanguti group is trying to sell. When
00:22you look at it, NG in particular has been exporting crude oil and importing
00:28refined petroleum products, but this refinery has changed that narrative or
00:36equation whereby we're now having to add value to our natural resource here
00:41within the continent and we're having to now be a net exporter of jet when you
00:46look at it. When you look at the second quarter of products, jet in particular,
00:52that went into Europe, you see that 25% of that volume came from the Nanguti
00:58refinery. So we're telling a story that Africa is able to industrialize at scale,
01:05not just at scale but at a global scale. It's telling a story that Africa is able
01:12to conceive an idea, finance it, and manage a mega project at a global level. So it's not
01:20just IPO selling shares. It's showing the world that Africa has entered into the new
01:26phase of industrialization.
01:28How much does the secondary listing fit into this? We know Cement is IPO-ed here.
01:33Yeah, we are working on it and it will happen maybe by the end of this year, you know, the
01:39secondary listing. And we are planning to list in London because I think we compared many stock exchanges.
01:48You know, London is the one very, you know, like it's compatible with the, you know, our business more easily
01:56because if we say because Halima is running the family office in Dubai. So before we thought of the secondary
02:04listing in Dubai, but the rules, you know, it will make it hard, you know, for us, you know, to
02:11list, you know, to do the
02:13primary listing in Dubai because there are many regulatory, you know, compliance that we have to do.
02:19And it will take us more years. And we have been talking about this listing, you know, for almost like,
02:27I think, six or five years,
02:28more than that.
02:29But you're confident this is the year.
02:30Yeah, I'm confident because why I'm confident because we did all our, you know, background checks and everything, you know,
02:38as I'm talking now, you know, we have our lawyers, our financiers and every other person and even, you know,
02:46the team, you know, yes, are working, you know, day and night to see if there is anything that will
02:51stop the listing.
02:53And as I'm talking now, nothing, you know, no any constraint for now.
