00:00I'm always on the go, constantly traveling, but with my bag, I feel like the bigger the bag, the bigger
00:06the mess.
00:07And I can never really stay completely organized in a big bag.
00:10I'm Nastia Lukin, and I'm ready to spill it.
00:26So I picked this purse today because I thought it kind of went with my vibe, it's very summery, very
00:33California cool, I guess.
00:34And it kind of just has an easy little compartment inside where I can keep all my stuff, but it's
00:42also cute and chic.
00:44First things first, sunglasses.
00:47I travel pretty much every week, never know what city, country I'm going to be in, and who knows, maybe
00:53I'll end up at the beach one day.
00:57Okay, so next, I have a You by Kotex Click Compact Tampon, because let's be honest, what girl doesn't have
01:04that extra tampon in her bag, even if she doesn't really need it right then?
01:07And, you know, for me, I just never really want my period to get in the way of my progress,
01:12whether I'm training for the gold medal, training for life.
01:16No matter where I am, what I'm doing, life is all about balance, and kind of trying to achieve your
01:22goals, and not have to worry about something getting in the way of that.
01:31My passport.
01:33Trips come up so often in my life and my schedule, and for the most part, it's kind of in
01:39the United States, but you never know when you're going to get an opportunity to go to Paris for the
01:44weekend.
01:47Sunscreen, this is so important, and this is kind of what I've learned ever since I was a child.
01:53I grew up in Texas, and the summer heat was just almost unbearable at times.
01:58Luckily, gymnastics, which was my sport, was indoors, but still, this is the first thing that goes on, and just
02:05reapplying throughout the day is super important.
02:12Okay, my chlorophyll drops.
02:14I'm sure a lot of you are thinking, what the heck is this?
02:16And, to be honest, this is just something that I grew up with, my mom kind of taught me this.
02:23I like adding it in my water, just a few drops go a long way, because I'm always on the
02:27road, in different climates, different time zones, everything.
02:31It kind of helps keep my health good.
02:36Lip balm, again, I feel like travel has kind of been this, my whole part of my entire bag, but
02:42that's kind of what I do for a living, and being 33,000 feet in the air gets pretty dry
02:47up there.
02:54Comfy socks.
02:55This is something that I just live by, especially in the summer.
03:00Again, if I'm traveling or anywhere I am, I always get cold, so I always want to make sure that
03:06I have a pair of comfy socks and a sweatshirt or a hoodie or something to make me feel cozy
03:13at home and warm.
03:15Hey, snacks.
03:16Always have to have some kind of snacks with me.
03:19I never know with my long days when I'm going to be able to get my lunch in or my
03:24dinner, and just to kind of keep my energy going throughout the day, whether I'm on a shoot, whether I'm
03:29commentating, whatever it is that I'm doing, always have a snack.
03:33Perfume.
03:34This is something all of my friends know.
03:37I just always have this in my bag, and I never have the little mini ones full size all the
03:42time, but also TSA approved, just so you know.
03:46A pen or a marker, I always have one on me because I am kind of a freak when it
03:57comes to writing stuff down.
03:58I just love always being able to have whether it's a little note card with an N on it.
04:04You never know when you're going to need to write somebody a note.
04:10This is something that my best friend actually gave me.
04:13She knows that I love journaling and writing things down, and this kind of gives you a little bit of
04:18help if you don't really know what to write.
04:20For instance, three things that you're grateful for that day, or what would make today great.
04:25So it kind of puts things into perspective.
04:28A little compact.
04:31Some powder with a little mirror, because you never know when you're going to get fizz stuck in your teeth.
04:38A pink scrunchie.
04:41So funny story.
04:42Me all around finals when I won a gold medal, I was wearing a hot pink leotard and a matching
04:46hot pink scrunchie.
04:47Now, a few years ago, and pretty much the last 10 years, I've looked back and kind of rolled my
04:53eyes because I was so matchy-matchy in who wears a hot pink scrunchie.
04:57Until now, scrunchies are so back in, and I kind of love it.
05:04Last but not least, a charger, because who doesn't need an extra charger in every single bag?
05:11My phone is always dying.
05:22All right.
05:30Bye.
