00:13expiration that allows insiders to sell 20% of eligible shares on August 6th, totaling up to
00:19911.5 million shares. Another 10% of shares could be unlocked if the stock trades at least 30%
00:26above its IPO price on 5 of the 10 days before the earnings report. Shares have fallen sharply
00:32from their June highs, while short sellers have increased bearish positions. In a post
00:37on X, Musk warned that firms maintaining large short positions face a low probability of
00:42survival. Investors are also monitoring upcoming Falcon 9 and Starship launches, SpaceX AI computing
00:49contracts, and potential collaboration with Tesla on a planned chip factory.
