Check out this cheeky moment as a squirrel steals a packet of sugar before sitting down to enjoy its unexpected breakfast.
Min Jung Kang, from London, UK, was having breakfast at a beachfront hotel when an opportunistic squirrel climbed down from a nearby tree and made a beeline for the table.
The video shows the squirrel snatching a packet of sugar before scampering away, carefully tearing it open and eating the contents.
After finishing its sugary treat, the determined little thief can be seen wandering from table to table, seemingly searching for its next packet to steal.
Min Jung said she was admiring how cute the squirrel looked before being completely caught off guard when it stole the sugar, adding that she would have happily offered it nuts or bread if it had not already developed a taste for sugar.
One user commented: ‘Lil guy had a tough day, craves for some sugar.’
Another added: ‘He skipped the nuts and went straight for dessert.’
