Courtney Kline from Catlettsburg, Kentucky, USA, recorded the unforgettable moment after her two older children believed they were attending their first-ever concert with lawn seats. As the family walked toward the entrance, Courtney stopped them and revealed that their tickets were actually for the pit, putting them just steps away from the stage.  The children instantly burst into tears, hugged their mum, and struggled to process the surprise, overwhelmed with excitement at the once-in-a-lifetime upgrade.
