00:37Initial investigations found the suspect possessed a valid driving licence while preliminary alcohol
00:43and drug tests returned negative.
00:46The case is being investigated under section 41 subsection 1 of the Road Transport Act 1987.
00:54The suspect has been remanded until Friday to assist with investigations.
