00:00UMNO Supreme Council Member Ahmad Maslan says the cooperation between Barisan Nasional and Perikatan Nasional
00:07could see the two coalitions win 25 of the 36 seats in the Negeri Sembilan state election.
00:13According to Haryan Metro, Ahmad based the projection on the strength of both coalitions.
00:19He also expressed confidence that BN would form the next state government.
00:23BN is contesting 25 seats while PN is contesting the remaining 11.
00:28Ahmad described the pact as a strategic move to prevent the Malay vote from being split,
00:34which he claimed that had previously benefited Pakatan Harapan.
00:38BN's election manifesto is in its final stages and is expected to focus on jobs, education,
00:45skills training, housing, racial harmony, and Islamic values.
00:49Yesterday, Past President Abdul Hadi Awang said the party had no choice but to revive cooperation with UMNO
00:56to unite a divided Malay Muslim community.
00:59He rejected the notion that the BNPN pact was merely a political game,
