00:00Honor to our soldiers, honor to our police officers, the true heroes of the homeland.
00:07That is why I am going to take up a post in a military garrison to pay tribute to the true heroes of the nation.
00:17And that's a message not only for our public security forces to back us up and support us.
00:24I will be the first defender of our police officers and soldiers who will no longer have to fear enforcing the law.
00:35And it's also a clear and forceful message for the bandits.
00:41We're going after them, we're going to subdue them.
00:44And those who refuse to submit to the rule of law will have to fall under the fire of the
00:53State weapons.
00:59Anymore!
01:14Thank you.
