00:30The witness was testifying on the opening day of the trial involving Fashion Valley founders Datin Vivi Youssef and her
00:37husband Datuk Fadzaruddin Shah Anwar.
00:40The couple is facing charges of criminal breach of trust involving 8 million ringgit in investment funds from Kazana National
00:47Berhad and Permadalan National Berhad, PNB.
00:51The court also heard that 30 maple's bank statements showed a withdrawal of over 10.2 million ringgit from the
00:58company's account on September 3rd, 2018,

01:14Azizan, the prosecution's first witness, confirmed that Vivi and Fadzaruddin, both directors of 30 maple,
01:21were the authorised signatories for the company's bank account.
01:25Counsel Datuk M. Atimulan, representing the couple, told Judge Rosli Ahmad he would only be able to cross-examine the
01:32witness on Friday,
01:33as he is on medical leave until Wednesday.
