Glen Powell couldn't help but notice how natural Topher Grace was as a megachurch pastor, joking that a part of him always wanted to be one. Topher confirms it was fun and shares a hilarious anecdote about the background actors starting to genuinely believe his performance.

00:00And I was like, oh, Topher is in his zone.
00:03He is like, there is a part of you that wanted to be a megachurch guy or a self-help
00:08guru or whatever.
00:09They blew this smoke out, and then I ran out, and I'm high-fiving like 100 people.
00:14I mean, there must have been 2,000 people in that church.
00:16And yeah, you know what?
00:17Yeah, I always thought it was fun.
00:19And you know, it was fun.
00:20And the funniest thing was a lot of the background who were great and were so nice,
00:26every single take cheering me on.
00:27After about three or four takes, you're like, hey, man, I'm really feeling what you're saying.
00:31And I was like, oh, I have no idea what I'm saying.
00:35Watching, I came a little later because you introduced his character on stage at this sort of megachurch.
00:40So I came into that theater as you were just getting going.
