00:00This event, from our point of view, has a duplice signification.
00:03One, that's what we're doing, we're doing in the same position of our President of the region Campania,
00:08which is contrary to the CPR of Castelvolturno.
00:11Then, in addition to the political data, there's the human data,
00:14which seems to be a banality, but in reality it's a real problem also of human rights.
00:20Look, the CPR is one of the crimes in the cielo open,
00:24one of the lager, of fact, and at the end they serve in detention
00:28and people who have committed any crime.
00:30I've had the chance to visit several CPR during this mandato,
00:38one of them in Basilicata, and I've seen the conditions really fatiscentes.
00:44It seemed to be in a lager in the open,
00:48so it's true that there were several problems, even after,
00:51with the suicide attempt, and the suicide of a man who was a host of the structure.
00:57And all this I think is unacceptable, especially in the European Union,
01:01which talks a lot of human rights, especially in other countries,
01:07when very often, when the cedule shows that with various conditions,
01:12I think that very often the human rights are not respected in the European countries.
01:18Castelvolturno, first of all, would be part of it,
01:22and also to do the integration, where it's possible,
01:26with respect to the legalities,
01:28and to the integration and to the economic development,
01:31because then it's this that creates the integration,
01:34the economic development and dignity,
01:36this is a word that too often is forgotten.
01:38Amen.
01:39Amen.
