Defense 'shifting gears' as Senate impeachment court sets to tackle Duterte's confidential funds
The Defense team on Wednesday said it is shifting its strategy in the impeachment trial against Vice President Sara Duterte after the Senate impeachment court grants the request for subpoena to the three witnesses on the alleged misuse of confidential funds during her tenures at the Office of the Vice President (OVP) and the Department of Education (DepEd).
