BREAKING: VP Duterte seeks dismissal of impeachment complaint

Vice President Sara Duterte is seeking the dismissal of the impeachment complaint against her. Through her legal team, led by Michael Poa, Duterte submitted her reply to the four Articles of Impeachment. Her lawyers said the Articles of Impeachment suffer from fatal defects. The Articles of Impeachment, they argued, fail to satisfy the standards required by the Constitution, and should be dismissed.
