Some runs have a way of cutting through confidence in an instant.
In the clip, Ignacio skis into the steep chute and quickly loses balance, tumbling in the snow.
“I’m a boy with the confidence needed to try going down Corbet’s Couloir,” the filmer, Ignacio, told WooGlobe.
He tries to get back on his feet but continues sliding downhill, rotating and slipping as he goes.
It’s a blunt reminder of how quickly a technical descent can take over.
The moment ends with the skier still working to regain control on the slope.
