00:00This is a complex investigation and there are multiple lines of inquiry that we are pursuing
00:05expeditiously including digital forensic examinations. I am very aware of the significant
00:12levels of public interest in this case given that Miss Whiddicombe was such a high profile
00:17political and public figure and familiar to many. I do not intend to address every bit of
00:24speculation we have seen but I would like to use this opportunity to remind the public
00:29that investigations of this type are complex and new information can emerge as officers
00:34progress their inquiries and we intend to release further information when it's available and
00:42when it is appropriate to do so.
