00:02This was probably one of his better performances in a long time.
00:09That night, it felt like a big party, the Blueprint Night.
00:15And once we got in there, we were in for the show of a lifetime.
00:22We're taking you to Jay-Z's weekend at Yankee Stadium in Billboard's All Access.
00:26I went to night one of Jay-Z's Reasonable Doubt performance at Yankee Stadium.
00:34The anticipation was there, everybody in there, you know, Timbaland boots, Yankees hat, Yankees jersey.
00:40And then by 9.25, the anticipation, you know, the air, the energy began to shift because that's when Jay
00:47-Z appeared.
00:48And the first thing I noticed, he had the hat on, but you can see the dreads or anything.
00:54And they actually showed a video in the very beginning of Beyoncé cutting his fro in an empty Yankee stadium.
01:08To see how electric he was, you know, performing his debut album that came out in 1996,
01:15sold 43,000 to become this lauded classic, which is just a seismic album.
01:20And hip-hop was beautiful, you know.
01:26He brought out Beyoncé to do Can't Knock the Hustle as the first song.
01:30No Mary J. Blige, but hey, you got Beyoncé as your wife, you know, and her coming in.
01:34You know, that's a win within itself.
01:40And then bringing in Nas and weaving in together their hits,
01:44knowing the history that they've had on a competitive level.
01:51It was a true masterclass in performing. It was a true history lesson. It was a true moment in nostalgia.
01:58And to know that that was the way he was just kicking things off for night one was amazing.
02:04And then, of course, Empire State of Mind, Alicia Keys, you know, why not?
02:14Night two was Blueprint Night, and it was way more people that night.
02:18Plus, all these dudes moving, you and his M-Pim choosing us.
02:21Hold up.
02:23Baby.
02:24One of his most popular albums, the crowd was way more engaged.
02:28They were rapping along to every song.
02:30I think even the second night, because the album dropped on 9-11,
02:34there was a helicopter that flew above with a spotlight right at 9-11
02:37and put, like, a spotlight on the stage and on the crowd.
02:40Like, that was, like, a nice touch. It kind of felt intentional.
02:46You know, people rapping along to songs that are 25, 30 years old.
02:52You know what I'm saying? Like, word for word.
02:54That was a cool experience, like, for rap to have that moment.
02:58Never been afraid to talk about anything, anything, anything.
03:02So, I was at night three, extra innings for Jay-Z 30.
03:06Last night was the final night of the conclusion of this epic run,
03:10and it was really everything we could have ever asked for.
03:12Speak about mine, I'm the way to text.
03:15I'm a geek about mine, don't you think of it, bring it back, bring it back.
03:19Of course, there were so many guest artists that I can't even keep track of all of them.
03:23We had Tiana Taylor come out for Can Knock the Hustle.
03:26Usher came back for Throwback and Part 2 on the Run and Heart of the City.
03:30We got Clips, they came out for Grindin'.
03:32Pharrell did a sick song, you know, medley of frontin'.
03:35I just wanna love you, excuse me, miss.
03:38We got Beyoncé, she came out for Drunk in Love.
03:44That was super dope.
03:46And, of course, the big story of the night.
03:48Rihanna hit the stage for her first public performance since the 2023 Super Bowl halftime show.
03:55Talk talk!
03:57Yo.
03:59Y'all are on Rusty, right?
04:01Yeah, y'all.
04:02It's been a while.
04:03Just an absolutely incredible moment.
04:06And so much aura.
04:07She hits the stage and the stadium went absolutely nuts.
04:10Only thing I saw in my life.
04:12Too far from this town.
04:14It was one of those moments that you are, you're gonna remember the rest of your life.
04:19You really, really are.
04:20I'm gonna throw some people out of love.
04:22Yeah, my mind.
04:24You're gonna throw something out of love.
04:24Which line the App durante the STA to Vegas?
04:24And since this was the 5th of heat-county process we did say once we found that Reyka do something.
04:24Yeah.
04:24The important part of a day now, this one of the famous construction stuff will act and obey the Pl
