00:00Hi you guys, good morning. It's me Linnea again, your favorite cosplaying Cranky Girl, and I'm back with another vlog.

00:06Yay, travel vlog!

00:09This is part two of the Japan travel vlog series.

00:13I am still a little bit sick, so I thought part two. Let's edit part two and share that.

00:20This trip will be taking place in Hakone.

00:23Hakone is all this vlog, and there will be Kyoto after this for part three.

00:30Hakone, day five!

00:33So to recap, we made it to our sushi aubergue for the late night dinner.

00:38The staff was very kind and extended the dinner for us.

00:42For some reason, we went from Tokyo to Osaka, back to Hakone, which is going from East Coast to West

00:48Coast, back to East Coast.

00:50And we did not plan well for that, so we arrived very late.

00:53But after dinner, we settled into our hotel room, we took our baths.

00:57And that was the end of the fourth day in Japan, so now we begin the fifth day in Hakone.

01:03I don't care what people say though, she's worth the books, I say, I'm so high when you're with me,

01:15but she's baby when you live.

01:19I'm never sour, I'm just smoking something much louder.

01:22She asked me if I do this every day, I said often.

01:25That's all, anytime she wrote the wave, not so often.

01:40As you can see, I really like the yukatas they gave us.

01:43We had two different yukatas to wear since we were just staying for two nights.

01:47The view was really pretty in the morning, however, it started raining, it was pouring, and in Hakone, most of

01:54the activities are outside, so we were very limited.

01:57Our breakfast was scheduled, so we all went down to eat.

02:01The food was very delicious and very fresh.

02:04Of course, the restaurant will consider any allergies, but otherwise, you never quite know what you're going to get.

02:10And personally, I liked that.

02:12I felt like it allowed me to try things I probably wouldn't have tried on my own.

02:29So do you remember the rain I mentioned?

02:39The funny story, you guys, when I first came to Japan, I saw everyone had these nice, big, sturdy, clear

02:45plastic umbrellas.

02:46And I was wondering where they got them from, and I was determined to get one of these umbrellas.

02:52But as soon as I bought the umbrella, I felt like it just suddenly stopped raining, even though the weather

02:56forecast was for rain the whole trip, basically.

02:59But now it was my moment.

03:01Currently at the, uh, Kamigora.

03:05Kodahyua Hakone, a cable car station at Kamigora.

03:13And I'm probably saying it wrong.

03:14I'm sorry, you guys.

03:16We're waiting for the cable cars coming up, and we're heading out to see the Red Arch and some other

03:20things.

03:21It's raining, but we leave tomorrow.

03:23But luckily, tomorrow is sunny.

03:24So we chose to spend our sun-year days, um, at the Magnol- is it Magnolia?

03:32The Flower Garden Park and the museum, the Sky Air Museum.

03:40I think because of how mountainous Hakone is, these cable cars were more efficient at going up the hills, which

03:47is why they were here instead of buses or trains.

03:52Honestly, we probably should have stayed at home, but I was determined to go see at least something today.

04:10I feel like this view definitely would have been prettier with sun.

07:59As you can tell, I really liked these and I enjoyed modeling them.

08:04I didn't model for anyone other than myself and I guess you guys in this vlog.

08:16On the bright side, it was a sunny day.

08:19And we were going to make our way to Kyoto that day.

08:21But we woke up early.

08:24But before we check out, Jessica agreed and promised me you should try these puddings with me.

08:27Now these puddings, they're Kobe puddings.

08:28They just look really delicious at the Kobe gift shop for the Sake Museum.

08:33But this one seems to be strawberry flavor.

08:35And I think the bottom is like regular pudding flavor.

11:11pudding yogurt i don't know so after an early breakfast we went to explore hakone

11:16we started with goro park because it was right by our hotel the flowers were not in full bloom

11:22yet but it was still very pretty we got really lucky having one day of good weather i think

11:27i will come back to hakone and maybe stay longer sadly because we had to go to kyoto that same

11:33day

11:33we could not see everything that hakone had to offer but that's okay just an excuse to come back next

11:39i think the fountain was my favorite part of the whole entire park

12:02there was a small cafe on the park so we decided to go inside for a quick little snack and

12:07some tea

12:08the three of us shared this small little plate we had already had a nice big breakfast we weren't

12:13very hungry but it looked so cute we wanted to try it

12:25also you know me i had to take my little photo shoot

12:30after having tea we saw a little bit more of the flowers and then made our way to the hakone

14:11so with this museum there was a public footpath that was heated i believe by the stone and the sun

14:17it overlooked the mountains very beautiful maybe you just need to go back to the mountains

14:26i'm going to hit the water go get it jessica borrowed my hat and it flew off her head into

14:34oh this water is really warm

15:01so i enjoyed the foot bath but you know i had to turn it into a little mini photo shoot

15:06one of the benefits about going so early is it was not very crowded when taking pictures especially

15:12longer videos i try to make sure i'm not taking up too much space because everyone wants to enjoy the

15:18foot bath and not everyone wants to be in the pictures you know you just gotta keep living man

15:33i could not get over how gorgeous these mountains were there was also a really beautiful tower here's

15:48side although this was the most beautiful piece in my opinion with all the glass my favorite part of

15:54this interactive art museum was a foot spa

17:11so the torii gates is a very popular tourist destination in hakoni to take pictures at

17:16because it overlooks the water however because of the rain the line was more long than usual

17:22it's already very long but it was probably double the size it should have been so we didn't want to

17:29wait too long because we had to catch the train so we spent the rest of the day traveling to

17:34kyoto

17:34and now here's a little brief taste testing segment yay taste testing so we don't overdo it

17:42on sweets and sugar today we're just going to take a little bite of each one so first we are

17:47going

17:47for this green one here it is this one is the lime wait wait wait what if you don't see

17:55the flavor

17:55and then we try to guess it and then we look okay well can't do it with this one lime

18:02this is lime

18:03chocolate that's interesting it's really good

18:11taste like key lime pie filling and white chocolate outside a little salad

18:22here's this one yeah we're not gonna try the flavor till later okay

18:31actually should we put this back should we just basically look it's almost up this just tastes

18:36like dark chocolate this one's staying together better at least couldn't yeah the other one was

18:41more like creamy center wait wait don't tell you it's like dark chocolate i don't taste much i can't

18:52tell if this is the coffee one or the vanilla one on here they're both similar color neither

18:59just tastes like dark chocolate i think that's vanilla maybe coffee let's try this one to see

24:55all three they're packaged like they expect you to eat one at a time it's so weird isn't it

25:03it's even weirder is we can't open it it's almost like i don't want you to eat it

26:53it does have a richer, I think, more stronger and flavorful cream cheese flavor than compared

26:58to like the ones I've had back in the United States. So I'll give it that. It is pretty

27:02good in that way.

27:13Lymphatic drainage massage as you eat. And then we have the Sakura.

27:22That's my least favorite. Why don't we get all the best ones for that? It's just... I don't

27:37not bad. It's still okay. It's pretty good. I just personally like the plain and the matcha

27:41more. The center for this one... Here, let me show you guys. It's more like powdery. You

27:48see the little empty spaces inside? Whereas these are more... Like this is more creamy. Same
