00:08I just thought I'd showcase my gym outfit for today in this vlog to change things up a bit
00:14and maybe a little bit on my workouts.
00:16I try to film with the gym, not very crowded because I try my best to respect other people
00:21and not get them in my cameras for sharing publicly.
00:24Although personally, I don't care.
00:26I know other people do and if I can avoid it, I'll try to avoid it.
00:31I'll have respect for other people.
00:33So I don't know if I'll get video clips of my whole workout, but I will get a good portion.
00:40But mind you in the future, if you do see some people in the backgrounds of like other gym vlogs

00:46it's more so like a public known like you can record and it should be okay to my understanding.

05:17So my post-workout meal is I have underneath all this arugula, rice mixed with chicken
05:24and carrot and a lot of Greek yogurt and half a avocado.
05:30I just mixed it all up and I eat it with this arugula and a big bottle of water and
05:34I'm
05:35going to take a little nap after, well maybe not right after, I'm going to move around a
05:39bit to digest this food, then maybe a quick 10 to 20 minute nap, do some work and then
05:44hit the gym for round two for arms.
05:46I like doing two smaller workouts in the day so I have more energy for the second one than
05:52one big long super mega workout.
05:55I don't know, that just feels good to me.
05:58I feel good during each workout and I feel like I've been seeing results a lot faster
06:03than when I would do like two hour long workouts just a couple days a week.
06:07This way I can have the motivation and I can maintain my discipline for future workouts
06:14and be consistent.
06:15Consistency is key.
06:17That's my goal and my plan.
06:18I've been almost three weeks consistent now back at the gym.
06:22I will say I do have muscle memory from before so I think I've been seeing a lot more faster
06:27results but just to give a little update and if anyone's curious what my diet is like.
