00:00The Carol State government must stop funding mass weddings as well as supporting existing children.
00:06It's on the record that Nigeria is not facing decline or detonate population issues like countries in Europe,
00:13but a lack of putting its population into good use that is productive.
00:19That is why states, especially in the North, must invest in human capital and human resources,
00:26helping its population to be more engaging.
00:29In the last 10 years, the Carol State government has organized weddings for between 5,000 to 6,500 couples,
00:39whereas it has spent over $4.35 billion into mass weddings.

00:54It is also on record that 10% of its pupils cannot read proficiently.
