00:21me yes like you're not having bought the house you're just renting it
00:27yeah you're right there right okay because most of us around here we do actually own our properties so
00:37it kind of makes you in the minority as it were okay as a rent okay i don't really mind
00:44that but
00:45yeah carry on okay well anyway you know we want to welcome you to our street um and as such

00:56know we all live together you know we're all living in the same community so what we've done
01:01as a group is we put together a little kind of code of conduct so we've um we got together
01:10the other
01:10night and we all sort of noticed that you don't really keep regular hours so like sometimes you're
01:16coming home at 3 p.m sometimes it's 7 p.m i mean um jane from across the way thought
01:26she saw your car
01:27coming in at 1 a.m okay and what and what's wrong with that well nothing per se it's just
01:38that you know
01:38we you know we we all live in this lovely street we all own our house i'm sorry for you
01:46renting we all
01:48live here live here and just you know just so that we all know how things go and how we
01:55look after
01:55each other it's just nice to know when people come and go um i mean most people are kind of
02:02sorry do you
02:03own this house well no but neither do you um so like most people leave for work at about 8
02:10a.m and
02:11then we but there's nothing in my agreement sorry to hold you on baskie or whatever your name was
02:20yeah yeah there's there's nothing in my contract with the estate agents or the landlord which says i
02:28need to come back home at a certain time
