00:11welcome to beyond the game the ball stays pure as we were saying before the break in just a
00:15matter of minutes the second quarter final game will begin between Spain and Belgium is going to
00:19be we expect it to be a very entertaining match between two teams that like to control the ball
00:24and create astonishing buildup we'll see what happens but for more details on the World Cup
00:29let's go live to Mexico City in Mexico of course with our collaborator Carlos Montero welcome
00:34Carlos to beyond the game hi Luis a beautiful day here in Mexico City where we have the headquarter
00:43of Telesur following the World Cup you were right it's coming a very interesting game it's going to
00:49be in a matter of 10 minutes there are two teams that they know each other they play many times
00:55before Spain came into the tournament as one of the favorites and it hasn't been disappointment
01:02it hasn't lost yet nobody scored on them they have a strong defense Belgium who didn't start playing so
01:12great they sent home one of the co-hosts of this tournament a USA for one in a very controversial
01:20match a match you remember that when the USA play against a Paraguay one of the best player of them
01:29Balogán got the red card Donald Trump talked to Infantino and said you know that's not right we have to
01:35take
01:35away the red card and Infantino said okay Balogán play but they couldn't do much because they lost
01:414-4-1 the winner of this match is going to play another one of the favorite France who yesterday
01:50did a
01:51fantastic match defeated Morocco 2-0 Morocco was the only African team left in this tournament but they
02:00couldn't do much against the French team Bono the goalkeeper was the best player of the match he
02:09stopped many many balls from France because that 2-0 if he were not for Bono could be much bigger
02:165-0 6-0 so
02:18there are a lot of expectations that's today tomorrow Saturday we have two matches one is going to be
02:26Norway against England and the other one later tomorrow is going to be Argentina against Switzerland
02:33so what we are going to see now we started with 48 teams right now we have eight they are
02:41already
02:41Morocco left today another team is going to left and then let's want to see what's happening with the
02:47semi-final I want to tell you it's the third time that France is going to play a semi-final
02:52that's
02:53something outstanding something fantastic I have Luis if I have time I have two news about
03:00Gianni Infantino the president of FIFA one is really awful they are very legislator in Europe
03:09that really upset what's happened what I was telling you before with the red card that was
03:15voided and they let this player ballgame play for the USA because Trump as Infantino they said the FIFA
03:22they cannot get involved in politics and Infantino did accepting the request of Donald Trump that's the
03:29bad thing the good thing about Infantino he said yesterday that he has his heart with Venezuelan
03:37people that the FIFA organization has already a million dollars to send to the Venezuelan people in the
03:43situation that they are trying to rebuild the country after those two powerful earthquake so that I mean one bad
03:52one good about
03:54Infantino and we are almost ready for the game that's going to be a fantastic game I hope you
04:00have a chance to watch it going back to you Luis thank you Carlos for the detailed information for the
04:05two
04:05pieces of news about Infantino the president of FIFA especially the second one which is the good news
04:11which we have seen in the sporting world lots of people have come in support of the Venezuelan people following
04:17the 7.2 7.5
04:18earthworks you were saying back on June 24th last Wednesday but we'll see what happens as we were saying
04:24also with the game that is about to begin just a few minutes and talking about those games let's see
04:29about
04:29the lineup the Saturday 11 with which both teams are coming out now we begin with Spain they are both
04:35coming
04:36with a 4-2-3-1 Spain is coming with this goalkeeper's tradition goal we are the fans that is
04:42proving to be very
04:43strategic and very effective as Carlos was saying they have not allowed any goal with Cucurella, Laporte,
04:48Cugarci and Porro in the midfield with contention players with Fernando Ruiz and Rodi Hernandez and
04:54in as the forwards behind the goalscorer Baena, Olmo, Jamal and Mikko Oyarzaba on the point which has been the
05:03goal scorer the highest goal scorer for Spain has been a surprise people respecting Lamint Jamal but Oyarzaba has been
05:09on
05:09point and has delivered has brought Spain as far as they have arrived here in this quarterfinal match for the
05:15Belgium side they also coming out with a 4-2-3-1 lineup we have Courtois the best goalkeeper in
05:22the world right
05:23now or among the best taking protecting the goal and defense in defense we have the group here
05:31Michel Goy and Castagne we'll have to see if they are able to withstand the attack of the Spanish side
05:39in
05:39midfield we have Tiles Manzant Raskin who will try to contain the Spanish players and try to see if they
05:46can
05:46take away possession from Spain and in forward midfield we have
05:49the player to see if he can dribble past the Spanish defenders and create chances and put balls in the
06:01area for Charles de Catedr to finish this is the line-up of both teams as they are going out
06:07we'll see what happens in just a couple of weeks
06:09of minutes when the match begins
06:21and well Victor Hugo Morales the host of the program La Pelota no se mancha refer to French player
06:26Kylian Mbappe and his great performance on the football field
06:31Mbappe who has been a player once again very appealing to the cameras because everything happens to him he is
06:38the protagonist of the most important plays the first shot a few seconds from the start of the game a
06:44very violent shot down almost without a run almost without a run of the foot with what power does the
06:51ball come out then they commit the penalty yes and he throws it and he didn't get it right to
06:56the
06:56right at all in the way of defining I think the goalkeeper was warned of what Mbappe was doing he
07:02was waiting for him to move he didn't move he threw himself to the right he threw himself to the
07:08left
07:10and thousands of Egyptian football fans gathered to welcome the national team as they return home from the FIFA World
