Robert Proctor jailed for three years and 11 months after admitting being concerned in the supply of cocaine, ketamine and cannabis

00:18Cannabis was recovered during a search of his home in Peel, which he claimed he was using to treat his
00:23ADHD, but downloaded phone messages showed he was involved in supplying Class A and B drugs.
00:29Jailing Robert Proctor for a total of three years and 11 months, Deemster Graham Cook told him,
00:35You became involved in serious drug supply. Not just one drug, but three different drugs. The misery these types of
00:41drugs can cause families and friends is unimaginable.
