00:00Now, how you see events unfolding? Do you think we're looking at a new chapter of all-out war?
00:04Well, I think these flare-up activities have actually been standard operating procedures
00:09since the conflict has happened. I can't see any time where someone hasn't taken a shot at each
00:15other, especially with the Iranians initiating it, or their surrogates such as Hezbollah and even
00:22the Houthis. None of them have adhered to the ceasefire, yet the president was focused on
00:29ensuring the Straits of Hormuz and flow of commerce could happen. And he's realized that
00:34objective. Oil is down. Things are moving. The problem with that, though, it's provided the
00:39Iranians with a lifeline. So they've been able to sell their oil and realize some revenue. But as
00:46the president comes to the conclusion that the negotiations are not going anywhere, I think
00:53he's very focused now on going back and reconstituting the blockade, maybe even doubling
00:59down to put an air blockade so there's no air traffic going into Iran, maybe even looking at
01:05the borders shutting down their flow of commerce through Pakistan, Azerbaijan, or maybe even through
01:13Turkey. If he can isolate the country economically and add to that his military options, he could really
01:21drive significant change with the regime that to this date has not been realized and doesn't look
01:28like it's going to be instigated or accomplished through the negotiations. So I think we're going to
01:35be right back in the position we were in before these negotiations and the MOU began.
