00:38was only to cover food, hall rental and games.
00:41The retro disco and hippie themed event went viral after videos circulated online,
00:46featuring activities such as dancing, games and lucky draws.
00:50The Kota Bharu Municipal Council said the compound was issued
00:54because the event was held without the required licence.
