ಇದೇ ಮೊದಲ ಬಾರಿ ಭೂ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನದ ವಿರುದ್ಧ ಹೋರಾಡುತ್ತಿರುವ ಬಿಡದಿ ಹೋಬಳಿ ಬೈರಮಂಗಲ -ಕಂಚುಗಾರನಹಳ್ಳಿ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ರೈತರ ಜೊತೆ ಈ ಕ್ಷೇತ್ರದ ಶಾಸಕ ಶ್ರೀ ಹೆಚ್ ಸಿ ಬಾಲಕೃಷ್ಣ ರವರು ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ. ಅಮೂಲ್ಯ ಕೃಷಿ ಭೂಮಿ ಉಳಿಸಿಕೊಡಬೇಕೆಂದು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ರೈತರು ಲಿಖಿತವಾಗಿ ಅಹವಾಲು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ ಹಾಗೂ ಮಾನ್ಯ ಮುಖ್ಯಮಂತ್ರಿ ಅಧ್ಯಕ್ಷತೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಭೆ ಆಯೋಜಿಸಿ ಭೂ ಸ್ವಾಧೀನ ರದ್ದುಪಡಿಸಲು ಕ್ರಮ ವಹಿಸಲು ಒತ್ತಾಯಿಸಿದ್ದಾರೆ.

For the first time, MLA H.C. Balakrishna held a meeting with farmers from the Byramangala and Kanchugaranahalli regions of Bidadi Hobli, who are protesting against the proposed land acquisition.The farmers once again submitted a written petition urging the government to protect their valuable agricultural land. They also requested that a meeting be convened under the chairmanship of the Chief Minister to discuss the issue and take immediate steps to cancel the land acquisition process.
