00:00By way of background, the defendant in this case is the victim's son.
00:05The two parties live at the incident location along with one other resident, and
00:10the three residents of the home were present at the incident location at
00:14approximately 1025 AM on July 7th of 2026.
00:19A witness heard a commotion and saw the defendant standing in the kitchen of
00:24the incident location holding a knife and saw the victim lying unresponsive in
00:28the dining room of the incident location.
00:31Police arrived and observed the victim to have several stab wounds and
00:35there was blood in the dining room area and the kitchen area of the incident location.
00:40There was a machete recovered from the living room area and
00:46it was covered in what appears to be blood from the living room area of the incident location.
00:53Additionally, there was a sheep which appears to be four machete recovered
00:58from the base of the staircase of the incident location.
