00:30And that's why he runs such a successful and good company, country.
00:35And really a great, I would say a great country.

00:42If you could have seen the respect and the love in the room.
00:45And it's love really for the country, for our country.
00:47I don't want to say me, because you'll say, oh, he's so conceited.

00:52I mean, you know, they like the job I'm doing.

00:59These are grown people saying that.

01:07Because there was tremendous unity in that room.
01:14In the working session this morning, we discussed the progress other members are making toward
01:20the 5% target.
01:22And they're making great progress.
01:24Many of these countries are very rich, by the way.
01:26We don't have to feel sorry for them.
01:28But it doesn't mean they're properly protected.
01:30There's a big difference.
01:32Some have truly answered the call and others are making big changes and will be answering
01:38the call.
01:39I think I can say, in all cases, they're going to be answering the call.
01:43Time, and I think great success.
01:46Our equipment works.
01:48But we have to produce it faster for other countries.
01:51For everybody, including ourselves, we have to produce it faster.
01:54So we think within a year, a year and a half max, we'll be, instead of waiting for a year
02:00or two years, we'll be having it on a two-week wait, maybe a one-week wait.
