00:07A man has been arrested after allegedly scaling Melbourne's 140 metre high Bolte Bridge,
00:13painting the widely recognised Pam the bird graffiti and refusing to come down for about

00:20Police allege the 22 year old man climbed the bridge around 3am on Tuesday the 7th of
00:25July before spray painting the giant cartoon bird and expletives near the top of one of
00:31the bridge's pylons. During the incident the man demanded lower taxes and joked he wanted
00:36a peanut butter sandwich delivered by drone before descending.
00:43I'm not coming down until they lower the taxes.

00:58He was eventually arrested after returning to the ground and has since been charged with 13 offences.
