00:00I want to take a look at some stocks on the move today. We've got Fiserv up 4.5%
00:04after the Wall Street Journal reported that big Wall Street banks have held preliminary talks about a deal to acquire
00:10a debit network owned by the financial technology company. That's because owning a network can mean exemption from a federal
00:16law that caps debit card fees. Still, no certainty a deal here is going to happen. The Journal reports several
00:23of the banks that looked at the Fiserv network have already decided it would be unlikely for them to move
00:28forward.
00:28Nevertheless, though, we have got shares of Fiserv higher this morning. Also on the move, speaking of higher, shares of
00:34Crenetics Pharmaceuticals up 99%. This is after Vertex Pharmaceuticals agreed to buy the endocrinology company for $10 billion in cash.
00:44That works out to about $85 a share. And at that price, it's a 102% premium to where Crenetics
00:50stock closed yesterday. And it is a big day for SpaceX. That stock is joining the NASDAQ 100.
00:56Still has to wait about a year to join the S&P 500. Also, Wall Street pretty bullish on SpaceX.
01:02At least six brokers, including Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and UBS, have initiated coverage with the equivalent of a buy
01:08rating.
01:09Morgan Stanley's price target of $600 is the highest on Wall Street and implies an 87% gain in the
01:16stock price, guys. So big day for SpaceX.
