00:04Isaiah 40 verse 29 says,
00:07He gives strength to the weary and increases the power of the weak.
00:13Everyone experiences seasons of exhaustion.
00:16Sometimes it's physical, sometimes emotional, and sometimes spiritual.
00:21Life has a way of draining us until we wonder how we'll make it through another day.
00:26But God never intended for us to live on our own strength.
00:30His power becomes available when we admit that ours has run out.
00:35When you feel empty, He fills you.
00:37When you feel weak, He strengthens you.
00:40When you feel ready to quit, He reminds you that His grace is sufficient.
00:45Today, stop trying to carry every burden by yourself.
00:49Let God renew your strength.
00:51Let's pray.
00:52Father, I come to you weary and in need of your strength.
00:56Renew my spirit, restore my hope, and help me rely on your power instead of my own.
