Rio film festival: the opening ceremony

The international Rio film festival, the biggest one in South America starts September 24th and runs until October 8th. Nisimasa, the european network of young cinema is there with a dozen of dynamic people, from both Europe and Latin America, offering every two days a bilingual magazine (english/portugese) for the participants.
