DND Secretary calls not to drag AFP to interfere in VP Sara impeachment trial

Department of National Defense (DND) Secretary Gilberto Teodoro Jr. issued a warning on Monday, July 6, amid calls for the military to weigh in on the impeachment trial of Vice President Sara Duterte.

Teodoro cautioned those appealing, not to draw the members of Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) into political argument. He stressed that AFP must stay neutral and uphold the Constitution. (via Martin Sadongdong | MB)
