00:19A witness, who called 911, pointed officials in the direction of a northbound vehicle seen colliding with the rear of
00:27a parked car on the shoulder, causing major damage.
00:30The witness said the vehicle briefly stopped and then drove away.
00:34After police tracked Pelosi down, the 86-year-old admitted to hitting something but said he wasn't aware what he

00:40He then continued driving until his vehicle, disabled from the crash, stopped working.
00:45Police found Pelosi partially blocking the roadway in his brown convertible, with significant damage to the front right side of

00:53Pelosi took a preliminary alcohol screening test, which showed a blood alcohol level of 0.00, ruling out driving under
