00:00Let's turn now to our Get Real India story. A hospital that exists on paper but sadly not on the
00:06ground. Indore's 100 bed civil hospital is under the scanner because it is shown as functional on official records even
00:14though the building hasn't been constructed. Take a look at tonight's Get Real India story.
00:31A vacant plot and a promise that never became reality. Six years after approval, a proposed 100 bed civil hospital
00:41at Khajrana in Indore still has no building. Yet on Madhya Pradesh government records, the hospital was very much alive.
00:52Here are the facts.
00:55The 100 bed civil hospital was approved in June 2020. But six years later, the building is still to be
01:03constructed because land is yet to be allotted.
01:06Despite that, the hospital was officially marked functional. 87 posts were sanctioned, transfer and posting orders continued for years.
01:16And as recently on June 2026, fresh postings were made. The hospital exists only in government files.

01:52The Congress has now called the episode a textbook case of administrative failure.
02:06But the government defends itself, saying the construction was delayed due to unavailability of land.
02:28The hospital without walls. And citizens denied health care they were promised. The biggest question that remains is when will
02:37the hospital finally move from government files to the ground?
