00:00Here's my review of the Oura Ring 5. First thing, you notice how much smaller it is compared to the
00:06last gen? About 40% smaller and it finally feels like real jewelry. I really don't notice that
00:12I'm wearing it and somehow it's already been a couple of weeks without a single scratch. The
00:16real win is still the app. Sleep tracking is incredibly detailed, stress tracking is best
00:21in class, and symptom reader can actually flag when your body's off before you feel it. Now you
00:26can also get live activity tracking so you can see workout stats on your phone during a run or gym
00:31session. Aura is also pushing really hard into women's health, things like menopause insights and
00:36improved cycle tracking with hormone data. And importantly, a lot of this is rolling out to
00:41older rings too. Look, there are cheaper subscription-free smart rings, but none feel
00:46this complete or have the same finesse. You're not just buying this slimmed down hardware, you're buying
00:52into a software experience that keeps improving over time. No really, Aura adds a new feature like
00:57every single month. So yes, I do think the Oura Ring 5 is worth it.
