El secretario general de la OTAN, Mark Rutte, confió este lunes en que los aliados europeos y Canadá hagan progresos en la cumbre de la Alianza que comienza mañana en Ankara para "reequilibrar" las cargas y asuman más responsabilidades en su defensa, ya que "no es sostenible" para Estados Unidos seguir apoyándoles al mismo nivel.
