00:09watch out new zealand nearly there man you're doing well manu and i are back
00:15having more kiwi experiences i'll wear that with quite at some stunning locations
00:22cooking some amazing kiwi kai this is one of the best ways to cook what more can this amazing
00:29country offers and what could possibly go wrong are we good we're not great what else could go wrong
00:40actually relax they are the throne of the effing boat
00:55look where we are in this vast landscape we're basically a human off the top of it that's right
01:03stunning there's no better way to travel we're heading to dusky sand and we're gonna land on the
01:10road cure salt we do conservation work in fjordland we're landing on the boat on the road
01:22oh wow
01:26it's gonna do a week detour over here and i'll fly that the florence lakes there's three lakes and
01:30they're all different heights real pretty
01:34look at that like a mirror they're basically swimming there how cold would i be
01:44there's very few good surprises i get from you but this is up there thank you very much
01:52wow oh there's our first view of dusky sounds this is all ocean salt water all the way back and
02:00we're
02:01going right up to the end there's over 150 islands in dusky sound alone look at that you're welcome
02:10this is the akron passage coming up on the right hand side and that's where captain cook sailed through
02:18there's the boat there she is wow that's amazing is this the first time you've landed on a boat
02:27first time so we'll see how we go oh good deal we're in the shit if it's yours
02:38whoa
02:42this is crazy wow
02:52well it's awesome to have you guys and i mean flying in you would have seen just how fast this
02:57place is and there's no one to be seen for ages incredible paradise it is isn't it yeah we're in
03:03the southwest corner of new zealand yep fuel and national park and we're in tamatia dusky sound we kind
03:09of function like a social enterprise right where we are here is many islands that's pukanui anchor
03:14island and that's actually home to kakapo that's been predator free since the 2000s right so we're
03:20surrounded by what the vision is for the whole place conservation work whole ecosystem restoration
03:24above and below the water and the boat is 27 meters kind of imagine like a floating batch
03:29yep only 12 people at a time just come for a week and enjoy the place and you can charge
03:33the whole
03:33boat or just join individually like you guys are joining us and it's basically you switch off from
03:38the world and you just get back to nature really reconnect that's what it's about beautiful and how
03:43long you've been doing this oh it'll be nine years pure salt's been operating now not long enough yet
03:49this is home this isn't home yeah yes this is a business and yes it makes us money but it
03:54allows us
03:54to look after the place so by you guys being here you're helping us do some of that stuff oh
03:59brilliant
03:59yeah yeah well there's no itineraries no schedules yep but i'm pretty keen on you guys cooking some
04:04dinner actually so we've got to cut it cook it and then feed you that sounds like a great plan
04:08to me
04:09since you've offered i think we can do that well you know we've got to repay them a little bit
04:12don't
04:12we yes of course yeah well i just noticed some seals having sex over there where we are in nature
04:20absolutely you've got a good vision mate i notice a lot mate yeah go strong buddy
04:29that ecosystem restoration at work right there
04:33all right let's go shall we yeah we'll go and play with them hey okay see if they're like you
04:47it's very relaxing isn't it i love it it's like being on avatar the scenery yeah oh there's a sea
04:54there look at that that's who i heard how was it for you darling oh there's two yeah so cute
05:07bonjour i reckon i could be a sail get up on the rock have a bit of the sex
05:12don't back in catch a fish have some more sex ah new zealand i needed that
05:25we've moved a little bit where are we now we're on the southern side of mamakou indiana
05:29we'll see if we can find a spot to go and actually get an idea of how fjordland bush works
05:34yes cool go
05:35for a walk the walks around here aren't hiking walks they're all there for trapping and conservation
05:40work yeah a bit of an idea of what the volunteers do when they come to work oh cool walk
05:45walk and
05:45talk we can do that yeah you can talk i can walk yeah okay
06:02we've made land i named this colinville yeah i think it's been taking already mate a lot of flies
06:12yeah i think they might have followed us from the shore funny fact though that top speed is about two
06:17kilometers an hour which is walking street fun fact not seeing the fun right the way sweet
06:25i'll be in charge of the fun facts let me tell you you should have told me where trousers
06:29it wasn't in the booklet
06:34all the tracks we're walking here they're all just here because of tracking but the boxes there's over
06:40400 of them across this island the idea is that you get rid of your rats and stoats and the
06:45native
06:45thrive it's just that simple yeah so we've been doing this here for about eight years and we even
06:50found kiwi doc didn't even know that existed here still and now we're seeing kiwi across the entire
06:54island that's brilliant yeah and that's just the above water stuff then you start looking at underwater
07:00conservation as well so it just keeps going you know you can serve them flies it's here keep them
07:05going it's probably part of the reason we haven't seen many people you know only the harder ones survive
07:10yeah so just to get a sense of place just listen
07:23right i'm tranquilled out let's go
07:29are you good to go for a free dive now
07:38so cry is the thing we're looking for today i think so but what else is on the net and
07:43the cracks
07:43and crevices around here we're going to find greenlit mussels that about 100 to 150 millimeters long
07:48so that's what we're after big fat ones yeah
07:51irish
07:55just stay at work
07:57fair call fair call
08:21wow yeah that was like each of those cars look at that so that
08:32first ever
08:49On this one, they're going to go ahead two other ways.
08:55Okay.
09:26Green mussels, well, she's here to catch.
09:30They're huge, aren't they?
09:32Huge.
09:37Oh, you're huge.
09:39You're about to.
09:41Oh.
09:44Oh.
09:45Oh.
09:45Oh, it's tall.
09:46She's so frustrating.
09:47Do you know what?
09:49I've got some muscles.
09:50Not easier.
09:52Whoo!
10:12Kieran.
10:14Come on.
10:16Come on.
10:16You caught something.
10:18You caught something.
10:20You caught an Irishman.
10:22All right, let's start cleaning and cooking.
10:27Whoo-hoo-hoo!
10:29The lobster's a big porch, and then we've got a stock over there to do a risotto with the
10:33muscles in it.
10:34It's like French making love, low and slow.
10:37We are Queenstown bound.
10:41Welcome to the real country lads.
10:43Colin.
10:44I know you're a bit nervous right now.
10:48Competition time.
10:51Bullseye!
10:59Have you ever cooked on a boat before?
11:01No.
11:01Yeah, but not like this.
11:03Cooking the cries that we just caught in the elements, in the sun, in the wind.
11:10Right away, we have to dispatch the lobster.
11:13Loosen the tail.
11:17There's a little bit of roe in there we're going to use to flavour the risotto we're going
11:21to make.
11:22And then with all the shells, we're going to roast them to make a stock.
11:26Yes, Chef.
11:28Really high heat.
11:32Whoo-hoo-hoo!
11:34Okay, that's fine.
11:41Last one.
11:47All right.
11:48Ready for vegetable, Chef.
11:51Couple of tills of tomatoes.
11:55The veg adds a little bit of sweetness to the stock, a little bit of body.
12:09We're going to steam the tails very gently, put it in the seawater.
12:13So this is seawater.
12:16Michelle?
12:17Oui, Chef.
12:18I'm putting the crab's tails in the steamer.
12:21Three minutes.
12:25And we just need to work out the mussels, really.
12:27All right.
12:28I'll teach you how to do it.
12:37We'll chop the mussel, chop it and throw it into the risotto at the end so you get the freshness.
12:43Oh, wow.
12:46Look at the size of that.
12:50I think we got it.
12:57Three minutes.
12:58I think it's plenty.
13:01Look at that.
13:02Whoo!
13:04So lobsters have been poached.
13:06We took them off the shelf, slice them, put them back in.
13:08And then we've got a stock over there to do a risotto with the mussels in it.
13:12So everything basically came from there, prepped there, to here, to the oven, to the table.
13:19Off the grid.
13:20Off the grid, my friend.
13:27Off the grid.
13:28Eggs for the hollandaise.
13:29To put over those beautiful tails of crayfish.
13:34All right, the risotto.
13:37It's about sweating the rice down long enough before adding the stock.
13:41Yeah, it's like French making love, low and slow.
13:48We're doing some really risky recipes tonight.
13:51Our risotto needs to be al dente and perfect.
13:53Yep.
13:53And all on the sauce that can split at any time.
13:58Yep.
13:58If you succeed, we'll be kings of New Zealand.
14:02All right, I'm going in.
14:04Try for butter.
14:08So the mussels cook in the residual heat.
14:11Oh, yeah.
14:24That's hot.
14:26All right.
14:26Just give it a little.
14:28Char.
14:31It's like a sushi restaurant.
14:36I think we've done it again, brother.
14:38Well done.
14:40Ha-ha!
14:44Service, please.
14:50Guests, Sean, Maria, thank you for having us on this beautiful ship.

15:00Bon appetit, everyone.
15:01Bon appetit.
15:02Bon appetit.
15:04Yeah.

15:08All right.
15:17To our new friends?
15:18Cheers!
15:20Cheers!
15:23Cheers!
15:30Cheers!
15:31To pure salt.
15:32You could not have hosted us any better, huh?
15:34I have.
15:34Cheers to pure salt.
15:36Incredible views.
15:38Diving for crayon, greenlipped mussels.
15:40I just loved it all and Maria and Sean they're just very good people on there
15:45it really looked after us and thank you they really care about what they're doing
15:49and how you regard the area the nature relaxed yeah I'm relaxed now with me
15:55with you I mean I wish she was someone else like my wife but no it's you have
16:00been what was the highlight of your day the highlight of my day believe it or
16:05not was cooking with you oh yeah that makes a change what was your best thought
16:11of I think when I caught all those cries well done to that and years ago I would
16:17have said sitting in a jacuzzi with you would have been the worst part of my day
16:20but it's actually quite nice I think we'll be in bed early tonight oh
16:25actually the day's not over because we're sleeping together in the same cabin so
16:31let's chat in the morning with the worst part of the day okay
16:57good morning New Zealand
17:03what a way to wake up hey it's a refreshing nonetheless but my friend
17:11there's a lot more grid we need to get off all right call the chopper
17:30it's good drawing weather it has to be done hang on I've got one of those on the petrol station
17:38you ready
17:41we were there it's time to move on and get some more stickers let's get on the road
17:51well my friend the adventure's not over have you ever cracked a whip in your life
17:56well in the kitchen I cracked the whip yeah when the team's not doing well
18:00actually when I was in a circus school when I was a kid they used to crack the whip and
18:04they used to hold a cigar in your mouth and they used to crack it well in that case I'm
18:09gonna take you down memory lane we're heading to real a country just outside Kingston I'm not
18:17doing that trick you cracking the whip though just keep driving just keep driving how did you end up in
18:26the circus
18:26for many years my mom used to take us for my birthday I just loved the circus funnily enough
18:32there was a little circus school in town I did a lot of juggling guinea cycling I tried to get
18:39into the single so late school in Canada and unfortunately I didn't get the spot and that's
18:44where they said to go to the kitchen with my dad instead things happen for a reason exactly you met
18:50me
18:50a clown another clown here we go my friend we're pulling into real country oh look at the horse nice
19:12all right all right easy easy welcome to real country lads all right manu how you going nice to meet
19:18you mother howdy howdy love your hat you like that yeah just need some cowboy boots and you'll be well
19:24up
19:25I'll tell us a little bit about real country in 2016 I decided to set up a company teaching people
19:31how to crack whips shoot shit that's what I say and showing them just what the real rural New Zealand
19:36is
19:37like yeah because I was so fortunate growing up on a farm in Mossbrook I had a lot of advantages
19:41that
19:41many townie kids don't and I wanted to share that with as many people as possible you crack the whip
19:46in
19:46the kitchen so now we'll teach you how to do it in real life we might I don't know throw
19:50some knives axes oh
19:52yeah channel you're in a Robin hood on the bows and arrows yeah and I've got a 700 kilo horse
19:58I
19:59might get you to work with at the end nah into it what do you mean that of course man
20:04kicking and
20:04hooves they don't like you well I've already had a few accidents so let's have a bet on that whoever
20:10wins the knife throwing or the archery whoever wins does what does nothing you get the horse because
20:17you're gonna do is I love a little bit of friendly competition
20:26radio team cracking the whip I'm actually gonna hand you over to Maggie I taught her two years ago and
20:31now she's better than me so whatever hand you prefer you're gonna put your opposite foot out in front so
20:37you're nice and stable throw it up behind you and once it's up behind you you're throwing it back forward
20:42don't worry about a little bit of force it's kind of like rhythmic gymnastics right now pretend you're
20:51cracking his butt it's not how to pretend oh right we got it okay so competition time you get five
21:01attempts at a crack and you get a point for every crack okay one two three four five we'll count
21:18it
21:18we'll count it I mean show us what you got show us what you've learned no no think Elvis Presley
21:34hips
21:34move those hips okay last attempt one it's only gonna go one way this is isn't it and that's downhill
21:45for fascinating to tell you right I better archery he's smiling oh you're meant to be in Paris or
22:08oh yeah can I concentrate here okay you've done this before nope oh that's out that's out one hour to
22:29go oh nice that's very well done you're a great student upside down shut up sorry I believe in you
22:43Colin
22:43I don't remember this how them with the crayfish but anyway
23:16okay Colin at the moment you're walking under the horse well done I want to channel your inner viking
23:26now we're gonna throw some throwing axes top is five points every time you hit it bottom is one right
23:34five throws Colin you're first
23:42one okay release that pie not quite
23:48you're first yes yes one throw to go yes 12 12 score to beep
24:17Let the axe fly. Don't try and force it. Yes! There we go. Two more throws.
24:25Yes, yes, yes, yes. Oh, he didn't stick.
24:32Solid 10. Righto, on to the knife throwing. Same rules as the axe. Give it a hone. That
24:42was very close. Yes! Woo! Fuck yes! That was good! Okay, 10 is the score to beat.
25:01Too hard. Lob it. Oh, fuck. I need to get two. I can see him behind me already.
25:21Yes! There was still five. That was good. Okay. Okay. Colin, you lost. But we know how
25:28much you love horses. Oh, come here. Yeah. You'll be alright. Right. Relax. Good girl.
25:38This is Colin. I know you're a bit nervous right now. I'm good. You're going to have to
25:42fake it. Smile. Shoulders back. Come on in like you hang out with horses all day. Yeah,
25:47that's it. Wrap your arms around her neck. Oh, yeah, mate. Thanks for coming. See you later.
25:59I'm gone. You're going to have to relax. I think she knows she's scared. She knows you're scared.
26:03This is not going to end well. This is going to end fine. Come a bit closer. She won't get
26:06you. Crouch down.
26:08Yeah. Yeah, cool. And just give her a wee rub. And you're going to scoot underneath her like this.
26:19Good horse. Well done. Alright, mate. See you later.
26:27You alright, buddy? Yeah. I'm so proud of you. Thank you. Thank you. Thanks, darling. You guys are so good.
26:32I don't know. We are Queenstown bound. That's right. The weather now is proper bucketing down.
26:44We're sunk to the bone. Yeah. And I'm covered in horse. That business that she has, it's a great little
26:51business, huh?
26:52Yeah. And she's a great teacher. Obviously, I didn't win. But I guarantee you, if we had a couple of
26:56days there...
26:57You're such a sore loser, you know? I'm not a sore loser. You are, you just... I'm just explaining.
27:01It was a rather large animal. And with my luck, I want to go kicked.
27:06A great teacher is a great thing. Yeah. But you've got to be a great student. And you know, you
27:12don't listen half of the sentences.
27:14What? Yeah. Exactly.
27:21Well, how? Words don't really do this justice, do they? I'm taking you to Minaret Station.
27:27Woo-hoo-hoo! My type of biking. Heli biking.
27:32Wah!
27:35Queenstown's picture-perfect. I know you're a little bit tight.
27:38A little bit of relaxation would be fabulous.
27:42Yeah, you learn that.
27:44Wow!
27:54Yeah, another day, another chopper. That's how we roll.
27:57Where are we going this time?
27:58So today, I'm taking you to Minaret Station. It's in a remote Glacial Valley.
28:04Which is only accessible by chopper. We are truly off the grid.
28:10Nice. So beautiful, isn't it?
28:14And when we get there, we're going to do a little bit of heli biking. Hence the bikes on the
28:18side of the helicopter.
28:20Then we're going to have a gourmet picnic. And Minaret Station is also a working high country farm.
28:26When was the last time you went on the bike?
28:28Actually, last week.
28:30I was at the gym.
28:32I didn't know.
28:34Oh, beautiful.
28:36Look at that.
28:38How cold would that be?
28:40Bloody cold.
28:41You get a few polar plungers happening in the summer.
28:43They brave the water and they don't stay in for long.
28:52Wow.
28:53Words don't really do this justice, do they?
28:57I feel like I'm in a bubble just floating between those beautiful mountains in the middle of the clouds.
29:05What you got to remember, it's not CGI. It's real.
29:11This is a man aspiring up here to our leaf.
29:13I'm coming into the Robroy Glacium.
29:16You?
29:17Wow.
29:19Land of the Giants.
29:20Wow.
29:21All right.
29:25So many mountains. It's just crazy.
29:30This is one of my favorite places in the whole world.
29:33It's just stunning in here.
29:38Wow.
29:38I mean, come on.
29:42Incredible.
29:43Incredible.
29:50Would typically be ice in here like this, but there's obviously been a massive avalanche off the Kitchenoo Glacier above
29:56us, and it's filled the lake with ice.
29:59Incredible.
30:00Incredible.
30:00It's a lot of people.
30:06Well, my friend, if you look out to the right, that's Binarat Station.
30:10This is the only way in and the only way out.
30:12You can't get any more off the grid than that.
30:15I can see that, my friend.
30:17There's no walking back, that's for sure.
30:23Wow.
30:24What a place.
30:24What did I promise you?
30:25Hi, mate.
30:26Hey, I'm Doug.
30:27Manu, how are you?
30:28Hey, Colin.
30:29Nice to meet you.
30:30Welcome to Binarat Station.
30:32Thank you, thank you.
30:32What an office you got.
30:33Yeah, yeah.
30:33We're right up in the high country here, and we're going to set ourselves up and do some biking down
30:38the valley.
30:39You ready?
30:39Yeah.
30:39Have you stretched?
30:41Get a little quads.
30:43Is it hard?
30:44It's a mix.
30:45We've got some technical downhill, and then we've got a really nice trail down through here in this open area.
30:50It's going to be epic.
30:51We've got these great e-bikes.
30:53Oh, it's electric.
30:54Electric.
30:55Oh, yeah.
30:55It's easy, we can do that.
30:57It's like riding a bike, mate.
30:58It's easy.
31:02Let's go.
31:06Look at this backdrop.
31:08That is brilliant.
31:11Yee-hoo!
31:11Yee-hoo!
31:13How cool is this?
31:16We're going to go right up here.
31:19It's really cool.
31:28I think my electric is working.
31:31Change the gear!
31:32Change the gear!
31:33Change the gear, man!
31:42Hey, look where we are.
31:43It's pretty special, huh?
31:45People stay here?
31:46Yeah, for sure.
31:47They've got four chalets here.
31:48And then you've got your main central lodge here, where they come and dine and socialise
31:53and hang out, take it all in.
31:54Okay, cool.
31:54Oh.
31:552010 was when it first opened.
31:57No road access, so the whole thing was built by helicopters flying in the supplies and then
32:02built on site.
32:03How does it work?
32:04How do you get electricity and water and so on here?
32:07Yeah, so it's pretty unique.
32:08The location here, you can see up in the mountains, we've got that waterfall coming out there.
32:12Yeah.
32:12That actually feeds down into a pipe that produces the hydroelectricity.
32:17Oh, okay.
32:17So it's got its own little turbine.
32:19And then we've got a water source that comes down, gets filtered and feeds the lodge.
32:24That's amazing.
32:25Yeah.
32:25And that was part of the location was about those aspects being able to help with the running
32:30of it.
32:30It is off the grid.
32:31100%.
32:32It's open all year round and it changes throughout the different seasons.
32:36We have the winter season, people can heli ski out of here and then roll into the spring
32:41and summer and you've got the hiking, biking, fly fishing, just enjoying the valley.
32:47Any partying?
32:48A little bit, yeah.
32:49Yeah.
32:50Because we like partying.
32:51Yeah, it's a good place for a party.
32:53We could do a weekend here.
32:54Yeah, we could do a 60th.
32:56Yeah.
32:56Together.
32:58We won't be cycling then.
33:00Why don't we get back on our bikes and start exploring this valley even more.
33:04We've got some cool waterfalls.
33:06Great idea.
33:06Eh?
33:07Yeah?
33:08No?
33:08No, great.
33:09Can you put the budget on?
33:10Yeah.
33:17Yee-hoo-hoo!
33:19Oh, looking straight ahead, bro.
33:21Yeah!
33:22Nice!
33:23Wow.
33:24We've got a cascade of water.
33:26Yee-hoo!
33:27Oh, look at that.
33:28Effort.
33:31Ah, you're feeling.
33:35Woo-hoo!
33:41Woo-hoo-hoo!
33:46Wow, I've been technical.
33:54Wow, look how good is this?
33:56Woo-hoo-hoo!
33:59Wow. Waterfall.
34:00Here we go.
34:01Go, go, go, go, go.
34:04Wah!
34:07Get off there!
34:12Woo-hoo!
34:24Welcome to PyCut.
34:26This classic historic hut here
34:28that's from the early settlers.
34:30When they were mustering the sheep up the valleys,
34:32they would overnight here.
34:34I'm exhausted. This is too much for me.
34:37Are you feeling hungry then?
34:38Because part of this heli biking day
34:40we have this gourmet lunch.
34:41Lead the way. Lead the way.
34:44I'm using mussels I've never used before.
34:47Which is about your abs.
34:49My brain.
34:53Compliments to the chef.
34:54Yes, indeed.
34:56Blue cod, lamb from the station
34:58and then also the venison's
35:00own ground down here.
35:02I love that fish, the blue cod. Very good.
35:04Does it? Yeah, very good.
35:05At Minaret, it's all about getting this great produce.
35:08Yeah. Not messing with it too much
35:10and showcasing what we can get within the region.
35:13Great produce, great scenery.
35:15River in the back.
35:15I love the green trees
35:17and then the snow on the tip over there.
35:20And that little hut is like
35:21200 years old.
35:23Best restaurant in the world.
35:25Exactly, yeah. It's all about the environment.
35:27And the company.
35:31So after we get through this delicious lunch
35:34we're going to go meet that helicopter.
35:36So it's going to head down
35:37right by Lake Wanaka.
35:39Beautiful.
35:40We better fuel up.
35:42Yeah, sure.
35:42We're going to burn some calories.
35:44Yeah, sure.
36:09Gorgeous.
36:11Oh.
36:12Oh.
36:13Your favourite spirit animal, mate.
36:15Hello.
36:16Hello, how are you?
36:17Good, thank you.
36:18My second horse of the week.
36:19This is Willow.
36:20Willow, Willow.
36:21She's one of our station horses.
36:23You seem to be more comfortable with the horse.
36:25I've lowered my heartbeat
36:26and I'm just expressing.
36:27Fair enough.
36:28I just don't stand around the back anymore, that's all.
36:31Gorgeous.
36:32Hey, hey, don't eat the back.
36:34Beautiful.
36:34So the lads are now connected
36:36into the actual working station.
36:37This is where the venison lamb came from.
36:40Oh, right.
36:40We also have these lovely horses down here
36:43that you can go for horse treks on.
36:45I'm a bit of a horse whisperer.
36:46See that?
36:47That was a much nicer horse experience.
36:50See?
36:51Lovely horse.
36:51Beautiful animal.
36:52That's what you do.
36:53Much better.
36:54Alright, we'll see you later.
36:55See ya.
36:56Enjoy the rest of your ride.
36:57Never stand at the back of a horse.
37:04How about that for a day later?
37:05That was amazing.
37:08Wow.
37:09Epic, eh?
37:10What a day.
37:11What a great guide.
37:12I feel like I've got fresh lungs again, you know?
37:15Clean air.
37:16Great food.
37:17Great company.
37:18Yeah, thanks very much, man.
37:20That was outstanding.
37:21Alright, our pleasure.
37:22The only thing is, we messed up our whole cycling career now
37:25because we won't be able to just cycle without a chopper.
37:28Well, you have to come back.
37:30It was an epic day.
37:31Thanks for having us.
37:32Yeah.
37:32Thanks, man.
37:33Thanks for being here.
37:33Sounds good.
37:34Burned off a little bit.
37:36A little bit.
37:47Alright, mate.
37:48Look at this.
37:49It's the best setting ever.
37:51Queenstown's picture perfect.
37:52How good is Banneret?
37:54It's my type of biking.
37:56Heli biking.
37:57I'm actually exhausted today.
37:58Well, if you drive straight ahead, there's a new spa town.
38:05I happen to know some people there.
38:09I know you're a little bit tight.
38:11Yeah, you know, I've done something to my neck.
38:13I don't know if it was last night, if I didn't sleep well last night.
38:15Maybe it was on the boat.
38:16And on top of biking today, a little bit of relaxation would be fabulous, right?
38:21Well, I've organised that for you, so all you've got to do is turn up and shut up.
38:25I can turn up and I can also shut up.
38:27I can do both.
38:29You come.
38:32Do you want to go or not?
38:33Yes, please.
38:34Okay.
38:39Oh, fast.
38:40Fire low.
38:44It's a cool little spot, isn't it?
38:46Yeah.
38:46Right in the hill.
38:48Anyway.
38:48Oh!
38:49Oh, oh, oh.
38:51Togs?
38:52I got mine.
38:54Someone stole yours, I'm sure.
38:56Some fans.
38:58Skinny dipping that.
39:01Here we go.
39:02Here we go.
39:03Ready to go?
39:04Let's go.
39:05All right.
39:06Hello, hello.
39:08Bonjour.
39:09How are you?
39:10How are you?
39:10How are you?
39:11How are you doing?
39:12How are you doing?
39:12Table for two, please.
39:14What a great place.
39:15What's on offer?
39:16What's on the menu?
39:17Alluma's a brand where we're just looking for a modern take on wellness.
39:20So we've got some beautiful hot pools.
39:21We've got a floating sauna.
39:23Proper little places to just chill out and kick back.
39:25All design-led.
39:26Really beautiful spot.
39:27It is very calming here already.
39:29Yeah.
39:30You're in the middle of craziness.
39:31And then you've got this little calm oasis.
39:33This is it.
39:33That's what's amazing about these places.
39:35Everywhere you look, it's just beautiful.
39:37Picture-esque.
39:38This is it.
39:38What sort of pools and how many have you got?
39:40So we've got one communal pool at the front of the property.
39:42And then as we go up through the property, we've got five more privates.
39:46So that's in stage one.
39:47And then stage two coming next year is going to add a further five.
39:49So we'll have 11 in total.
39:51Wow.
39:51And what's the temperature of the bath?
39:53So we're going between about 38 and 39 degrees.
39:56Oh, my God.
39:56We'd be cooked in an hour.
39:58More importantly, if someone was quite annoying and a bit tense, would it calm that place?
40:03You'd hope so.
40:04I'm just talking out.
40:06If someone came in tense and calm.
40:08Are we talking about yourself?
40:09No, no.
40:10I'm calm.
40:12All right.
40:12Oh, I haven't got any togs.
40:14Well, we've got you guys.
40:15So a little care package, but you've both got to have some togs.
40:18Oh, so cool.
40:21I needed a beanie.
40:23Are these the togs?
40:24Yeah, sure are.
40:25Well, they're a bit more respectable, aren't they?
40:28Do you like that?
40:29Oh, yeah.
40:30Well, thank you.
40:31Thank you very much.
40:32All good.
40:33All right.
40:34Where do we go?
40:34Let's go this way.
40:36Lead the way to calmness.
40:37Thanks.
40:38Calmness.
40:38You go.
40:39You need to be calm.
40:41So we've got two here, which kind of have that treetop, like skyline view.
40:46And then three down here with the mountain views.
40:51I like all the trees built in.
40:53Pretty good, isn't it?
40:54Yeah.
40:54Yeah.
40:54It's a pretty beautiful spot.
40:56They were all here, so we tried to keep as many as we could.
40:59Harbour.
40:59What's harbour mean?
41:01It's like safe harbour.
41:02Safe harbour?
41:03Like a nice enclosure.
41:04Harbour.
41:04Come on through, guys.
41:07Ooh!
41:08Ooh!
41:09Ooh!
41:17Ooh!
41:17Little pull for two.
41:18Second stockpot where we're going to cook two large chickens.
41:22Ooh!
41:23Ooh!
41:24Ooh!
41:24Ooh, that's hot!
41:25Ooh, that's quite warm, huh?
41:34Look at the view.
41:36Absolutely gorgeous.
41:39I love what he's done with the wood and the metal and the copper and keeping the trees
41:42in it.
41:43It's quite nice, huh?
41:44One of the elements of the world, the planet.
41:50Whatever, mate.
41:53I need a little message.
41:54Can you give me a little message?
41:56Just let me try.
41:59How's that?
42:00Yeah, it's good.
42:02Quite tense.
42:03I know.
42:04It's like when you go to the hairdressers.
42:06Those are the kids at school.
42:08Good?
42:09You're going slightly grey there.
42:10I can fix that later.
42:13That was the Botox I gave you last year.
42:15Good?
42:16Good.
42:17Needs a little bit more.
42:18A lot of frowning going on there, Mr. Fidel.
42:20Yeah, the frowning...
42:22This is a spa.
42:23It's a fast treatment.
42:25Fast or fast?
42:26Fast.
42:27I can go fast if you want.
42:29Fast.
42:34How's your calves?
42:35Good?
42:35Yeah, really good.
42:36Like little pork hooks.
42:39Do you want a deep tissue?
42:41Like that?
42:42Yeah, you like that?
42:44Yeah, you like that?
42:44You like that?
42:46Stop it!
42:48This was not on the menu, it's extra.
42:54Stop it!
42:56You're welcome.
42:57You're welcome.
42:59So what are we doing tomorrow?
43:01Get nice and relaxed now, because we have a little bit of a drive.
43:04Richard, who stocked up the caravan with beers.
43:07He runs and owns Emerson's.
43:09And I have a little question when we get there.
43:12You ready?
43:13You'll like it.
43:14Can we make our own beer?
43:17Eh?
43:18That would be awesome.
43:19Bucket list job.
43:20We should call Betty.
43:22Betty's beer.
43:23Betty's beer.
43:24What kind of beer do you want to make?
43:25Let's not get too far ahead of ourselves.
43:28Let's relax.
43:40Worse to die away.
43:44Oh!
43:45Don't move.
43:47Oh!
43:50You bastard!
43:58I'm up to bed.
44:00Big day tomorrow.
44:03Goodnight.
44:10What a beautiful little spot.
44:11To lunch, eh?
44:12I reckon that's one of our best.
44:14We'd love to make our own beer.
44:15Won't you come to the night, eh?
44:17And then that gives a...
44:19You haven't had a chance with my mother, have you?
44:21No.
44:23Oh!
44:24You're such a pig.
44:25You said try and it broke in my mouth.
44:27We're about to meet the infamous floor.
44:30Hello, hello.
44:31I've been expecting you.
44:33Every signature is someone who's eaten here.
44:35In the present company, we don't want to trick it up too much.
44:38I'm feeling under the pressure.
