Cloud sales is getting squeezed first. Meta already runs massive infrastructure, and when it sells that capacity, the slick rep, the enterprise relationship, and the 40-slide deck stop looking special. Cloud is turning into a commodity, which means the people selling “relationships” as a moat are the first ones in the blast radius.
