00:24We stayed there for some time until we were brought back here.
00:30The returnees landed at Entebbe International Airport aboard a Ugandan Airlines charter flight
00:35and were received by government officials.
00:40I have lost my marriage. I have lost the ability to be with my wife and children.
00:46I am unable to be with them for the next five years that we have been given before we can
00:51return to South Africa.
00:54I have left houses behind because I have been in a business
00:58which was employing even South African nationals.
01:03President Jioeri Museveni directed the government to fully fund the evacuation.
01:09So far, more than 800 nationals have registered for the voluntary patrician program.
01:14Another batch of Ugandans are abiding right now and they'll be arriving here at 8 a.m. this morning.
01:25And honorable minister, in the evening at 7 p.m. again today,
01:32we shall be receiving another batch of our nationals returning and fully supported by the government.

01:43which prompted thousands of foreign nationals to leave the country
01:46and several African governments to organize repatriation flights.
