00:41need to find solution, housing solution, and last, surely not the least, everything related to human capital, health and education.
00:50Now, your very question is related to how Italy, small and medium enterprises can help. Italy first. Italy is part
00:58of what we call now Team Europe. Team Europe today is part of our shareholders, part of our shareholders with
01:06France, Germany, Belgium, Germany I have mentioned, so these are the four or five countries, European countries,
01:18being a member with the European investment bank, so these are the four or five countries being part of Team
01:27Europe, so Italy could team up, could be in this Team Europe to contribute, to help us contribute to the
01:36development of our region, the stabilization of our population,
01:40because again, we have a growing population, because again, we have a growing population, young population, dynamic population, but we
01:47need to create growth in Africa to stabilize our population.
01:51Now, the small and medium enterprises, everything is very simple. For us, Fiat is a wonderful institution, a wonderful company,
02:01but the reality is, we'd rather, in our region, deal with the small and medium, small and medium Italian companies,
02:09because they are pretty similar in a number of ways to the small and medium companies in Africa.
02:16We need this, what we call the building capacity, technology, transfer, cooperation, and we also need this cooperation, because, you
02:26know, it's the same type of, team's type of threat, team's type of ambition, and the objective, the one and
02:33only objective, at the end of the day, it's job creation, value creation, and growth, sustainable growth for Africa.
02:42Do you think that diaspora communities of African origin may somehow contribute?
02:50Definitely, diaspora, first of all, they need to know what we do. They need to know that something is happening.
02:56There are a number of things that are happening in Africa, positive things that are happening.
03:01So, this is why I do communicate a lot, to make people know the diaspora of the world, and more
03:08specifically here in Italy, know that there are a number of things that are happening in Africa. This is the
03:13first thing.
03:14The second thing, yes, we need the diaspora to support, to help, to give their very contribution. We all have
03:24to contribute in any ways, we all have to contribute, either directly, coming back to the continent, or indirectly, supporting,
03:34bridging, making the bridge, building the bridges between our region, our Africa, with Italy.
03:41So, the contribution, the very contribution of the diaspora is absolutely needed.
