00:39Finovation partnered with the company to study the socio-economic conditions of families from whom land had been acquired for
00:46a 252-megawatt wind energy project spread across 36 villages in the Tutukudi and Tirunelveli districts of Tamil Nadu.
00:55The study assessed the impact of land transactions on the livelihoods, income patterns, land ownership structures and overall socio-economic
01:03conditions of affected households.
01:05Through extensive field research and stakeholder engagement, Finovation evaluated whether the project had influenced the lives and livelihoods of local
01:14communities and analysed changes in land use patterns across the intervention geography.
01:19The findings provided valuable insights for responsible project implementation, community engagement and sustainable development planning.

01:30Ambuja Cements empowers over 12,500 rural women in Gujarat.
01:34Through its CSR initiatives, Ambuja Cements has empowered more than 12,500 rural women by forming over 1,150 self
01:45-help groups across 102 villages in Gir Somnath.
01:49The program has provided women with financial literacy and entrepreneurship training, helping them build sustainable livelihoods, while collectively creating savings
01:57worth 4.96 crore rupees.
01:59A key highlight is the formation of the Sorat Mahila Vikas Sakkari Mandali, a women's cooperative that improves access to
02:06healthcare, ration services, pensions and other essential benefits.
02:11Building on this success, Ambuja Cements now plans to expand the initiative by creating 2,000 additional self-help groups
02:18with the goal of empowering 25,000 women across Gujarat.

02:24HDFC Bank launches 12 CSR projects across Telangana.
02:28In our next story, HDFC Bank has launched 12 community development projects across Telangana under its Parivartan CSR program, expected
02:36to benefit over 12 lakh people every year.
02:39The initiative spanned 10 districts and focused on healthcare, education, sanitation and community infrastructure.
02:45Key projects include upgrades to government hospitals, deployment of three mobile medical care units, infrastructure improvements in 74 government schools
02:54and 35 junior colleges, installation of 60 solar-powered streetlights and construction of sanitation facilities near the Amrabad Tiger Reserve.
03:04The program reflects a strong partnership between the bank and the state government to improve access to essential public services.

03:17Ayodhya's Aanganwari centers have undergone significant transformation through a combination of government initiatives and corporate social responsibility partnerships.
03:26The district administration successfully mobilized CSR support to upgrade childcare centers with better classrooms, improved ventilation, drinking water facilities, child
03:38-friendly toilets and enhanced learning spaces.
03:41The initiative recently earned appreciation from Governor Anandi Ben Patel, who praised the district's efforts during her visit.
03:48Officials believe the upgraded centers are improving child nutrition, early education and community participation while setting a model for other
03:57districts.
